Just found it, love the J-Spec spoiler and TT-front, very nicely done.

It has a TT front because it is a TT and always has been since it rolled off the production line. ;) I know in North America, 2+2s were all NAs. In europe, the only model available was a 2+2 TT. Most cars on here are JDM cars though, imported onto the grey market. Mine is a JDM 2+2 TT manual. :)

Ahh ok got it, very cool. One other question. What is your all's premium octaine rating? I know on the East coast of the US, where i am, its 93. and in California is 89. What is the highest pump gas in the UK?

99 at shell, but i think american octane ratings are different to uk octane ratings, so your 93 is probably the same as our 99

Yep as Pete said the highest we have is Shell V-Power which is 99 octane.

 

A supermarket called Tesco also does a 99 octane fuel HOWEVER their fuel contains 5% ethenol - which aint great for the injectors or something like that lol.

 

BP has the next best which is BP Ultimate 97 octane.

 

And then normal Petrol is 95 in the UK.

 

I believe in Japan they run on 100 octane so V-Power is as close as you can get here.

Yea ethanol clogs the 90-92 pintle style injectors. Big problems over here in the US now that almost all of our fuel has ethanol in it...Mine also failed and i have the new style injectors (93 ^ except for verts which have pintle even in 93.)

U.S uses Mon rating system for Octane. We use the Ron rating for Octane.

 

Typically the Mon rating is 3 points lower than the Ron rating.

 

So our 98 is the approx equivalent of your 95.
