Well, I took it out for the first time this year! Dry roads and salt free, so decided I had to take it out for a drive!

 

Was nice to be back behind the wheel. Everyone looking at the car. Makes me grin, so did the effortless torque. :)

 

It's nice having a break from the Z as when you do go for a drive in it you realise what you missed.

Mine has been off the road for January, just taxed it this morning ready for tomorrow, gonna have a good old drive :D

 

People must stare at the car, cos they seriously aint staring at the driver :rofl: :rofl:

 

Can't wait to get it on the rollers with the NW lads at the end of the month :D

 

Just drove mine to the fuel station which was friggin closed :rant: So ended up putting some BP ultimate in instead!

 

So many people have a look, my personal favourite are the blokes who don't wanna look but can't resist turning round for a quick peek when they think you won't notice :rofl: :rofl:

I took mine in to get the wheels swapped by the local tyre shop. I saw a little boy and his father satdning having a look when I got back to the car. It was very sweet.

 

I find that most people dont know what it is.

I came outside my house once while my car was parked on the street, to find a guy taking a picture of his mum stood next to it :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I remember me, my brothers and one of their friends at the local school one weekend taking pics of my bros Zed, other bros FC RX7 and our friends Prelude and lads of kids playing football came and stared for about the whole 20 mins we were there. couple of neds came in a saxo, not noticing us, when they did the were surprised then quickly left looking beaten and jealous :rofl:

same here dont know if its the red but the amount of kids you hear saying "wow look at the ferrari" whats even funnier is when young guys in their vtecs etc see its a middle aged woman driving it, the look on their faces is priceless:dance:

SI i know you dont like the wet due to the salt etc. Mines has been out every day since i got it rain or shine, its parts of the family........

No hopefully Tuesday. To be honest though the time is nothing to do with Phil, he's been great. It's more finding parts and actually getting them here that has taken the time. Thank God for Danny Zaat giving me a hand like

I used to DD my white Z long time ago and always got everyone turning their heads while I was passing by and sometimes people even tell "Hey look!" to their friends just so they don't miss the show lol

 

But, since I don't DD my Z anymore, it got a fresh new white paint, gunmetal painted wheels, jspec tails, lower eibach springs, blacked out roof, wingless, new bumpers and side skirts...Now everytime I take the Z for a ride is just more glorious, it just makes you feel like the king of the road just from looking at people's reaction and being the center of attention lol

 

When my brother drives her, I follow him and DAMN!! The Z is just a piece of art...I know most of you don't let anyone else drive your Z, but I truely recommend you to let someone you thrust to drive your Z just slowly around town and just follow him from another car...You will fall in love all over again :D I share both of my Z's and the RX7 FD with my brother, so for me is very common to see one of my cars from outside in all angles while we both cruise around town :)

is that because you both look the same 'twins' and only have 1 lisence?
