single looks ugly unless you have a very well made bumper suited to it like gruntpa64 but still the double and quad look better.

Quad, then double then...a long way back, single.....................

Quads, followed by a twin oval. Do quite like them:)

But quads are the nuts;)

My thoughts exactly. Stock look (like the Mongoose) followed by twin oval (like the other Mongoose:tongue:).

I don't like the single exit - the car does not look so "balanced" with them unless the bumper has been modified to suit (like Grantpa's car).

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I've never understood the appeal of the sound of a single. A 'good' dual system sounds much more exotic and refined.

dual exit by far the best for looks and sound, albeit, i did have a single exit "hks super drager" which was the best sound EVER!!!, but, not good to the eye, looking from the rear.

Its all personal preference. Driving a zed with a single exhaust puts more smiles on my face than with a dual exit.

While I like the low rev burble of a dual exit its not as impressive as a single exit when your flooring it......I guess it makes it sounds more like a straight 6, like a supra TT on boost (the only thing I like about Supra's is the noise).

If I ever fitted a single I'd have to fit a fake exhaust on the other side though :x:

:bow::bow: spot on

Thats his car :x:

:D

hahahahaha sorry, but still....

LOL No worries :)

I have 2 zeds, both with different exhausts. My red car has a twin exit, black car has that single exit one on the video.

A twin exit makes a deeper rumble than a single, single sounds more high pitched, more high revving.

IMO a low rumble reminds me of a low revving engine, low technology pushrod crap not a quad cam 24V high revving modern engine.

I know our engines can't match the 8,500 rpm of a Ferrari engine but you gotta try and make then sound somewhat exotic being a V6 twin turbo and all? :D

But the original question, twin/quad for looks, single for sounds :)

Lets face it, who can look at their exhausts when they're driving anyway? :p
