BLOODY HELL

Was anyone watching the ignorant sods butchering out national anthem during the inauguration with completely different words to it

 

It was an insult to us

 

Wonder what they would thing if at say the next coronation when millions of people worldwide watching on tv we start playing their stupid anthem and start putting different words to it

Retract and apoligise on the anthem thing it was a knee jerk reaction on first hearing it

This forum is the *****x !!! Multi-National, opinionated, loyal, a sense of sensibility even ? but never, ever dull. :)

 

Can fully understand Steve Burns outrage, the opinion made, defended, whether right or wrong, but in his eyes and thoughts, justified.

 

A few comments made, some related, some appearing to diffuse the situation ?

 

Then a post put up stating another side of the argument and then some well presented facts !! Brilliant !!:bow::bow:

 

I am a member of a few car forums, one of which has some bickering going on, hopefully resolved sooner than later, but this forum puts a lot of others to shame !

 

I have owned 3 Zeds in my time, and havent had one now for over 2 years, rather drifted back to my first love of American cars, currently driving a Dodge Ram as a daily, but still pay my dues for this forum as it is unique !!

 

Full respect for the mod`s who do a thankless task, and to the regular contributors who make this forum what it is ! :)

as regards obahma like it or not the world economy and world peace are very much dependant on this incoming american government, i felt his inaugural speech seemed to come from the heart and if not restrained too much by red tape i think he will do a lot of good.

just so happened to drive through a little village called moneygall over here today, obahama has ancestral roots from here, the whole village was festooned in american flags and lots of tv crews,
