I am sure most people will remember Tony Hart from 'Take Hart' and 'Hartbeat'. I actually had the pleasure of meeting him when I was about 4 or 5. He died today aged 83. :(

I tragic loss to television and the uk. He brough so much joy to alot of kids on tv with hart beat and i loved his other programs too

Morph was actualy created by Aardman Animation not Tony Hart, It was one of the first animations done by Aardman. Morph was brought in to being by Dave Sproxton and Peter Lord, the duo who founded Aardman Animations.

It's a very sad loss.....:(

Kids TV shows today could (and should) learn a lot from him.

That's the 3rd celebrity this week - Dai Llewellyn; Patrick McGoohan (Of The Prisoner; hopefully spelt correctly) and now Tony Hart.

RIP Tony et all

Richard
