noticed my eyes are getting worse, i know coming in from the cold and into a warm house effects your sight, but ive noticed im having to squint a lot more than usual, im also getting headaches from reading, watching the tv and typing this message lol

im actually short sighted in one eye prob both now lol, optician told me it was only slight and didnt warrant glasses
