Fellow Zedders,

 

It has become apparent that even though some of the members who have put their name down for Z009 dont know too much about the event itself.

 

The purpose of this thread is for members to ask what ever questions they feel they want answering that related to Z009.

 

Firstly, the obvious stuff.

 

Its being helds held at Billing Aquadrome on the 8th till the 11th of may. As well as holding another national meet for zed owners, the other aim for the meet is to raise money as a donation to Cancer Research UK, including a car wash in drag and Karting.

 

If any one has any questions about Z009, post here and I will do my best to answer the questions, and if i cant, i will ask the relevant people.

Yes mate its camping, but i believe there is accomodation in the area

Whats the arrangement with food, is it bring ya own BBQ or eat at the cafe at biling, or is there going to be a club BBQ, also are we alowed glass bottles ?

We were thinking of a club BBQ but decided against it due to having to have hygiene certs etc etc and didn't want to run the danger of someone getting food poisoning and having the arse sued of us as the public liability insurance wouldn't cover us for that

 

Quite a few people are bringing BBQ and the idea is to try and get a few of them all together rather than individually to make for a better way of getting every body to mingle rather than just stay with the people they Know

 

Again it must be stressed if you bring a disposable BBQ please make sure it comes with a stand as we have to be strict on as with out a stand it would burn the grass and we will be asking any one who dosn't comply with this to put it out straight away

 

Glass bottles are allowed but please make sure that they are not left strawn all over the show
