I have some slight parking damage to the rear quarter panel ( just behind passenger door) slight crease in bodywork where something ran in to me at slow speed.

Wondering whether to have it repaired ( not had a quote yet) or take the opportunity to fit wide arches both sides.

Any thoughts on this re looks/costs etc. I run a TT Black import 1990 which is standard other than the wheels and is very tidy.

if you subscribe you can look in the 'journal' section of the forum where Stellaz has done a hole write up with lots of photos of having his done

Depends if you can afford it - a wide arch conversion is gonna cost quite alot more i would imagine. They are friggin awesome when done tho :D

yeah it's a bit of a cost, about 3K to get done.. or you can do it your self....... as said subscribe and look at Stella's jurnal......

all the best

You can double the 3k estimate as there is lots of extras over fitting the kit, that is if you want to make the car look right

done all of mine for just over 4k, that was with wheels and lowering kit, paint and arches, have a look in my jornal if you subscribe, well worth the £20

Don't fancy paying £3/4 k on a car which cost me less than £3k and is now worth £2k? given the state of the market.

hadn't realised the cost- expected it to be in the hundreds! Repair it will be then.

in the hundreds for a full wide arch kit lol, i did mie for about 4k and that was with doing most of the work myself (and some help from a guy who has done most of the wide arch zeds on this site)
