Dude you're gonna blow you car's engine into Saturn's upper ionosphere judging by your previous threads.

AFAIK, BeeGeeVinZ is one of the few people running nitrous on here.

Never had a problem with my Nos system as it adds fuel to the nitrous at the same time on full throttle switch.Made an extra 103 bhp when tuned at Thor Racing on their dynopack. Its safe enough if you dont abuse it.A quick 10 to 15 second blast is enough or you will fry your engine.:D

:hyper: its what i am thinking unly short blasts for 1/4 mile runs, and with out nitrous its under 14 sec,so thats my safe zone...what sort of nos on yours?direct port or single point?also how many solenoids 2 or 4?as i am thinking to use 2 solenoids and just split the lines for both intake manifolds....:smash:

who had or have nitrous on tt zed?please share the expirience:slap:

Shall i pencil you in for your engine rebuild for say three months time :D

pre- throttle body vinz?

I would have thought direct port would have been better, and do you run rich after you turn it off?

Wouldn't have thought so as the fuel is mixed with the NOS so the solinoid would cut both when deactivated.

i think lol

i remmeber reading somewhere about cases where excess nitrous/fuel has been 'caught' by the throttle butterfly closing and causing extra fuel to be left in the intake when it next opens.

I was just wondering with the three cylinders being so far away from the jets that surely there must be ever some being 'caught' inside the plenum or starvation at the back two cylinders.

But im sure he's had it set up correctly :)

.....even if its going to happen, then it will be a good memory of me beeing a student in modifying the engine:rofl:

i think every one is up to doing some extras ....,,by the way my boost is adjusted to 1 bar now,,,and the car is imposible to drive in this wheather as its just keep burning the tyres on 4 gears,i am lucky it have 5 speed,as the only 5 gear where i actualy can put the foot down and the car not loosing the traction....hooooooooo:dance:

You certainly dont need NOS then. Spend money on making the car handle and stop better and it will be much faster than it would be with Nos.

Had NOS, sold NOS, never used it.

The previous owner fitted it and i equalled his time ON nitrous without having to switch it on at santa pod and i know he had a lot of trouble getting it set up correctly.

You really need to be running forged internals to run it day to day and it's not cheap to keep toppin git up. 7 runs on 150 shot is a full bottle at £50

WHY DO YOU NEED NOS THEN!!! Clearly your not used to handeling the power yet so before you blow it to bits get it under control build your engine up then see if you want to spend uber monies on a NOS system!

1bar of boost (on stock engine) is getting you very close to problem point adding NOS will give you a quick and inevitable blow up!!!

I would say take peoples advise :D GL though if you do it

I have Racelogic traction control fitted and running 18.9 psi no problemo with wheel spin. This should defo be your first mod before you end up in the hedge bottom or worse.
