Im considering getting a new car in the coming months so thought it the ideal time to introduce myself, get to know you all and get clued up about zeds!

 

Im a long time lurker on PH, do post occasional under the same username, but generally havn't had the time what with working 50+ hour weeks!

 

My current car is saxo vtr so this next move will be a big step up, but I don't like to do things by halfs..

 

Anyway I'll be looking for a UK TT Manual, ideally a 93' or 94' with as low a mileage as possible :D Budget will be circa £5000, possibly a little more. Have read the generic buying guide but would like some more pointers, especially when I start actually looking at cars. Is anyone SW based and would like to offer their services in helping me look over cars when I start viewing in the coming months?

Hi and welcome. Mines UK manual with a fully rebuilt engine and has only done about 2k miles. It's got a huge spec and is now up for sale, I don't live far either :)

There is only 1 around this area with under 60K on the clock and its blue and uk model.... and thats mine lol.....

 

Johnwayne300's has 73K on the clock and is also blue and a uk model :)

 

And me. UK car series 2 with 2 owners from new with full service history. 53,000 miles and no rot ..............and never even been resprayed!
