Running issues

EDIT- Start at post 6

My car starts fine every morning and drives great

But.. If i turn it off wilst its still warming up, say to go into the shop, then turn it back on it drives like an absolute tard. It idles about 450rpm and wants to stall at every junction (sometimes does stall)

But... If i let it warm up wilst having this issue then restart the car it drives ok again, and If i give it a quick blast it drives ok again.

But... If i sit on idle it starts to feel as if its missfiring slightly

but... If i restart it wilst warm i dont get any problems

Any idea's?

Sounds fuel related, i would give all the connections, coil packs injectors a clean to start with.

Have you ever cleaned or replaced the fuel filter?

Are you running an aftermarket air filter, blitz hks etc, if so they can be cleaned with K&N kit. Did mine, made a huge difference

However ive had similar on mine, as it would drive like a bag of poo suddenly for no apparent reason. Two faults, 1st was a faulty coil pack that would die when engine at full heat or under load. 2nd was after a very long drive the idle would mess about. Did a full throttle body clean and idle control valve with some carb cleaner, put it all back and its been spot on ever since.

fuel filter was replaced 10k ago, im running a blitz intake its a mesh type, a little dirty but nothing much,

The car does run a little rich, not much tho so i assumed this was ok

yes and shes fine.

Its a wierd one eh?

And to add to it...

When this problem with the dodgy idle etc happens, im getting really low oil pressure (according to the gauge), even while cold.

But... When it drives normal i get good pressure and the gauge works as it should

Update: Ignore all above posts

I am getting this problem everytime i restart the car, hot or cold, (if cold i am getting low idle and stalling untill warm) Its showing very low oil pressure and my oil temp is rising alot quicker than before, im also getting very restricted boost and missfiring/wastegate chatter under boost.

As said above, the first time i start it in the morning its absolutely fine, excellent pressure/temp and boost. No problems or issues with idle or warming up procedure.
