Same mobile number, same network and same tariff for 12 years - and only had 4 phones in that time as well.

I have my number since 1995, It was 1-2-1 back then not T-mobile

ive been with o2 since it was cellnet lol, always been with the same company

couldnt have cellnet they sponsered Boro

so its just ourlass who thinks its good to change her number all the time lol

it's so you dont answer her phone to people she doesnt want you to speak to lol

Must be a girl thing changing them often then......

I'm probably on my 7th number and only been in the UK 4 years :D Was actually thinking the other day I need to change it soon again - too many unknown numbers ringing up (which I don't answer obviously!)

about 11 months. I dont think I have ever carried over an old number when I've got a new phone.

bt cellnet wicked switch em off and back on again and your tenner credit comes back lol

I've had the same NO since mobile phones started.

I remember when they used to be in big black boxes the size of a shoe box with the reciever on top.

LOL i used to think i was well cool walking into a pub with that.

Then came the handy (german phrase) and i got one of them.

Still got the same NO.

About 11 years for me, one of the most important things to me when getting a new phone is keeping my number

more to the point, how often do people buy a new phone?

My phone cost £15 New!

(I use my work mobile)

About 17 yrs, my mate used to work in Jag communications and i got one of the better numbers which in them days you had to pay for.

my everyday non work mobile no: ive had for 5 yrs,

im not really one for fancy phones though i make calls on it , txt on it and take the odd pic & vid thats it !

too many unknown numbers ringing up (which I don't answer obviously!)

Why don't you just save my number then

I've swapped companies quite a few times cos they are like pretty much everything else - they kiss your arse at first and then the minute you need summit they dont wanna know you! So i end up swapping from time to time, and when i do i can't be arsed messing around getting the number transferred, lol.
