"running 460bhp at standard boost"

No chance, you would need at least 18psi, but those turbos should be good for it

Engine looks stock with painted bits, rad is stock, what else has been left stock

One of the z clubs main show cars i think not!

This is a superb show car, not for the feint hearted, running 460bhp at standard boost, so the bhp could easily be pushed up with a tweak of the upgraded actuators.

460 on standard boost is not gonna happen. He has JWT530bb tubs, same as me and if you run standard boost on those babies (10psi) you are only looking at about 380 - 400 bhp. This would also be pushing your stock injectors towards thier maximum cycle duty.

It is also recommended to run the HKS actuators with these turbo's as apposed to the standard actuators which are know to cause a few issues. However I doubt very much that upgraded actuators would give you any BHP gains worth talking about.

Trust me, there is nothing better than 500bhp under your right foot with the T roof off and the windows down!

It's getting higher as he writing it !.

Overall the car doesn't look too bad for that price but if you are going to buy it for the BHP, I would want to see the dyno and full spec list before I even waste my time going to see it as I doubt he's running more than about 12 psi maximum if he still has standard injectors. Even that would not get you to 460bhp.

As a reference I'm running:

JWT530bb turbo's (With HKS upgraded Actuators)

Nismo 555 injectors,

Greg Dupree down pipes

Gred Dupree Manifolds

Lightweight underdrive pulley

Billet lightweight flysheel and RPS max street clutch

1 piece carbon fibre prop.

At 14 psi I managed 443 BHP at the fly.

So at 10 psi I suspect he would get less that that, not the 460 that he has quoted.

Exactly what I thought, the origional engine prob went bang cos he was running standard injectors or something along those lines.

500hp and stock front brakes too!

He's a braver man than I am :D :wack: :mac1:

lol me 2!

if he's been running 460bhp+ on stock injectors, rad, etc. i wouldn't touch that car with a bargepole other than for a breaker!
