Well as my current employer as messed all its staff about, made the hours more stupid than ever and sending most of its jobs abroad, i decided to leave after 5 years. So as of the 14th Feb im now gonna be a Royal Bank of Ireland employee, working normal hours and NO weekends YAY....ohh and I got a grand pay rise in the deal :)

Have just given my Z (1991) an oil change + flush and new filter and the oil pressure gauge now rises higher than I've ever seen it before (to about 7) when the engine is cold. It returns to normal when the engine has reached its usual running temperature. Is this the normal behaviour of the oil pressure gauge or has the oil change freed up some kind of blockage causing unusual gauge readings? Any advice welcome :)

As some of you may know i came over to the zx from the skyline, and to be honest I expected the zx to be a bit tame compared to my 400+ gts-t.... I did some research before i bought the car, and to be fair got a fine example from Gaz on here (cheers mate)... All i can say is, the more i drive it the more i'm falling for it... the suspension isnt to my taste but that will be sorted soon.. and as for my initial thought that it might be a bit tame - well i was well and truely WRONG!!!!! now i know Gaz had quite a bit done to it, but even so it definitely goes some, definitely comparable to the skyline and if i'm honest probably a little quicker (altho hard to …

a number of years ago, an advertisement in the papers kept showing the front half of a red tt stopped at the traffic lights in a large city. I think it was for some bank or something. It was a big advertising campaign, I even remember seeing it on a billboard somewhere. it was the 90's i'm pretty sure. anyone got a pic of it ? and i'm not imagining it either, at the time i dreamt of owning one and it was clearly a Z in the pic.
