yesterday i developed a bit of a sniffle, thought nowt of it, took some medicine (can stella) and went on about my evening routine woke up this morning feeling like shite, took some tablets (flu capsules) and went to work switched on the radio and heard the first case of bird flu has hit the uk now as the day has gone on and my cold has got worse, ive actually convinced myself that i have bird flu lol :rofl: :rofl: gonna have a bath get lashed have a chinese and hope i feel better in the morn

Heres a thing, I have seen a couple of grey Zeds over the past week or two in different towns, so like the nosey sod I am I post a was it you. No reply So I look at all the grey Zed posts in there and there seems to be a lack of replies, at least 4 or 5. Are grey owners embaressed? I don't see why as I think its a nice colour, and suits the car well. Any views?

Noticed more and more cars driving around with black electrical insulating tape at the top and or bottom of their numberplate. just a strip closeish to the characters. Anyway - now been told its because for some reason the cameras cant recognize the characters because the thick black tape strip joins up the characters? Anyone else heard this. Only posted becuase I counted 5 going down motorway yesterday.

....from Communications direct/white hart communications etc etc phoning me thrice daily to see if I want to renew my contract on O2. Anyone else had this? It's absolutely ridiculous. There must about 40 different communications vendors, ALL in South Wales and no matter what I say, they still won't leave me alone. How the hell did they get my number and how on earth do they know that my contract is about to expire? /rant. PS, I do like Welsh people a lot... :)

Been speaking with many members about doing some sort of family based meet this summer, i along with others feel that many of the meets we all arranged (car parks etc) just don't appeal to the wife & kids to join in. How's about sorting something (could become an annual event) where the meet is purely geared towards families ? I'd like to hear from members about their thoughts on this, and thoughts on a venue. Here is a few to start off with. RAF Airshow - kids would love it (as well as the dads :D) loads of parking & room to picnic etc (anyone got any info on the shows ?) Theme Park - Maybe not as great as there would be a problem with parking …

Well officially it is now only 7 days till the baby is due although it will probably be late, like it's dad! I appreciate I am going to get some weird, bizarre and general p1$$ taking names suggested but I would like you to air some ideas. We don't know whether we will get a boy or girl but have plenty girl names lined up, and for some reason we are convinced it's a girl, so come on get suggesting boys names in case it's not a girl!!! I am quite happy for girl name suggestions too!

just got my first house today..... and anybody thats in or has been in the forces will know how good it feels to get out of the shity RAF accomodation! feels so good to have my own toilet and sofa and be able to cook my own food rather than eating mess crap! :nana2:

who has actually done away with the rear wiper arm on their zed and are they clad they have done so, i got rid of mine and makes cleaning easier ,but more important IT LOOKS GOOD

Feck it feck it feck it. Managed to modify my bumper and front axle yesterday on the inner kerb of a roundabout :cry: :cry: Was rushing to get to a meeting and approaching a roundabout ive taken many times before. left-hand lane has a lovely camber to it which guides you onto the roundabout. took the right-hand lane to pass some dozy fart waiting at an empty roundabout and learned (a little to late) that there was no camber there at all, just gravel and a fookin great kerb in front of me (me new brake pads still hadnt bedded in yet even after Ferrybridge) :headvswal CRUNCH! managed to slide her almost side-on, trying to avoid a belly-removing head-on, the front off…
