General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Ok, i have purchased an engine from someone in the trade and was told it would be guaranteed for saturday (yesterday) even double checked it was all ok on friday. So i give my mechanic the car, he strips it all down and guess what happens next . . . The fookin engine didn't turn up :confused: . How pissed off does that make you. I have now paid for a days labour and had no work done so thats cost me an extra 200quid :rant: . My mechanic is very pissed off as he now wont have time to do it until next week :rant: I now dont have a way of getting to work as i NEED my car. Hopefully the guarateed saturday delivery was paid which is what ive been advised of and…

just finished fitting my new scuttle panels i got from zed world ,oh my god what a differance they make,is it me or am i getting a little obsesive over this car,all i do is clean it,and when iam not doing something on the car,iam thinking of what i can do next on the car,i think divorce is on the cards,oh well at least i will still have the zed to live in lol

ok, ive been getting around 230 miles to my full tank of optimax on and buggered engine. So once this is fixed how many should i expect? many more? maybe less :x:

Simple choices really, install new radiator, work out why a/c doesn't work, install new aerial, install new TC controller and think about installing my new tie rods ... or Work on getting the club accounts up to date, including recent requests for stickers etc ... or Go to the pub and forget the whole business ....

after all that talk of having bigger this and bigger that, and all this my car is faster than yours you go and get yours ass wooped by a virtually standard zed i will be round tomorrow about 6 for my new car, have the log book filled out :tongue: :tongue: :tongue: :nana2: :nana2: :tongue:

OK Guys I am new to motorbikes really, I know of a few different makes and models but everytime I do insurance I get killed. I have my test booked in April and will be able to ride anything (no dirty comments please, lol :rolleyes: ). My mate originally had a Honda VFR 400, I like though, but being 6 foot 3", I am a wee bitty too big for it. Anybody else have any other suggestions.
