General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Hi Guys, i've got a couple of large (42 +) size plasma screens, they are monitors not TV's so act as a PC screen which is what we used them for in our conference rooms some years ago. They are a about 10 years old, but when we used them they seemed okay. So i'm trying to gauge what interest there might be, don't want to pay a fortune to ebay for them not to sell..Any advice would be accepted. Rich

since its been nice weather today thought id best get the garden back to actually looking like a garden not a scrap yard or a jungle been a long day but looking a lot better need to go and aquire more stones for the pond and get the waterfall done

I know we have some computer enthusiasts in the club so thought I'd post up some details of my new rig that i'm building. OK, it's a bit tongue in cheek, this; and I'm not casting any aspersions...... ....But the last two days I have taken the afternoons off work (as holiday, before anyone asks) and, whilst sitting in the garden, I have been breaking in our new net-book mini-PC by browsing the forum whilst sunning myself. And I am amazed by the number of members also online during the day!! Sure, I know a lot of people work from home, work shifts, or just have their work PC connected to the forum. Or perhaps you are just on leave like me? whatever the reason, I am pleased you chose to spend your time browsing with me; cold beer, anyone....? Richard:wink::lol:

my firends mum is thinking of selling her car and i wondered if anyone knows of anywhere that does free valuations as we have no idea of what it could be its a 2002 bmw 318ti se compact, it has 25000 miles on it asnd is like new literally, still has the original tyres lol never gets thrashed and has full service history (not bmw though i dont think, first ones were for warranty) only extras are foldy mirrors, painted door handles and thats all im aware of this car is very well looked after anyone know what it could be worth, ive lookwed on the usual ebay and so forth but the prices range drastically lol thanks Allan

Almost a year ago to the day I took my zed out for a late night drive. No real motive other than to enjoy some open road. Pulling away from some traffic lights a little deer runs out in front and I couldn't avoid a hit: The bumper was beyond repair and I couldn't get the paint needed to match to the car. I was apocalyptically cross and ended up taking the car off the road until this year when I had it re sprayed a different colour. So I'm on my way back to Norfolk last night and hit another deer! Normally Im the only bloke in my house but my grown up daughter Louise is back living with me and has "persuaded " me to say "yes " to an addition to the household:yes: So here he is....... His name is Kane and he is 7 years old. Kane is an ex racing greyhound who has now retired after a long and hard racing career. We fetched him today from the Retired Greyhound Trust near Newark. In his career he was based at Nottingham dog racing track although like many racing hounds he was born and bred in Ireland Now he is lying on my lounge carpet at the end of his first day in a house. Hi all, Been a while since posting but have been kicking around regularly. Hope you're all good. Thought I would share my latest toy since the Z found a new home a few months back. A '99 C43 AMG.... Not everyone cuppa and a little understated but I love em, and that V8 growl is pretty addictive. Anyone had any association with these or any AMG's in the past?
