General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Not by much though! My OH has finally persuaded me into taking driving lessons, something i said i'd never ever do, i'm too nervous, not in the passenger seat, love that bit, just think i will end up a nervous driver. Guess we'll find out. Anyway, i'm going to be learning in a Nissan Almera, in the garden we have an astra estate diesel which OH thought would be ideal for me to learn in, at least its not a problem when/if i crash!!!!!! Then, he suggested me getting a Nissan, so I started looking at Almera's and Micra's, thought about small cars. Then he mentioned 100nx's, now there's a thought, I could tail him to JAE next year, providing he drives slow!!!! So, sorry …

Just got back from ten of the best what a fantastic day never seen as many car in action, lots of 10 sec skylines and i belive at on the top speed run 203mph was acheived well impressed. Anyhow wasnt impressed in the car park there were abundance of evos,skylines,subarus,rx7s,cossies,dodge vipers ect ect... BUT NOT ONE 300ZX They all break down on the same day?where was evreybody? Cant belive out of 100 entries in the competion aswell no 300zx either? There was even honda crxs,corsas, and a mini clubman estate racing would of been nice to see a zed in the list. just spent the best part of a couple of hours tinting my rear lights.. used a tinting spray lots and lots of light coats and patience, fitted em back in and my mate who is an awesome car finisher/valeter :bow: polished em till you can literally see your face in em (then it ****ing rained but hey ho!!) well chuffed with the result it makes the rear end look oh so up to date, totally blacked out both lights and the centre panel. Now nobody will know what the hell it is :dance: :dance: and the lights shine through perfectly.. so pleased.. will getsome pics up soon.. no digi at mo :( just though i would share.very happy zedder...lol. :dance:

For all you mad and crazy lot that know me or heard of me well....... You all know I have just brought a ZED 1st one.... Had to be a LWB for one reason.....I'm going to be DAD......oh sh*t.....yep me the mad head out of control hamster. 1. Wireless lan access including streaming vids and music from your wireless network so i can use it as a wireless mp3 player round the house. It's mad just how good it is!

the zed is gone! long live the zed, and im afraid to say ive been a traitor and gone back to the dark side and bought a very angry looking s13! what do u think guys? i still love the zed and im staying on the forum, but i have to say bottom end the 200 feels a lot quicker, and it flutters like fook. ill be at the next bluewater no doubt. j

Im trying to build an interior light delay/dimmer for the zed. Just wondering if its worth me buying several sets of components incase anyone else is after one. Thinking along the lines of a 10second delay from closing the door and then the light to go off or dim. If not, then il just get some for myself lol...

Hi guys, just been donated a sun ultra 2 pooter, 21" crt and a couple of external drives. been told its got Solaris 7 on it, with all the discs too. ok here come the questions: 1. Anyone got experience of these? 2. Can i run it as a game server (LAN only) running BF2 3. Is it worth anything? told it was expensive new, but not sure now, be nice to know ;) 4. Is it a lower spec than my 3.0 Ghz, 256 grafix and 1Gb ram i have on this one? Completely new to this kind of stuff, and i know principles are totally different when working with these babies :headvswal but im keen to learn and always like a challenge. Hello all, Currently in HK, it's a little bit mad here. We are currently experiencing a typhoon level 3 warning, it han't stopped raining for quite some time and the wind is gale force. I am off now to carry on getting drunk on cocktails and trying to avoid the phillipino hookers! Can't wait to get back home and take the Zed for a spin. just got my promo dvd from bee gee vinz, top DVD, not mega long and tiff needel luks a bit funny but good to watch. guden to show mates, bit of showing off, keeps refering to the Z as the first true japanese supercar. true or not i just love to hear it. so thanks for that vinz. danny
