A little while ago the downpipe on my MR2 went bye bye, tracking down a breaker that had the part proved to be a pain in the ass. So I went out and bought a Zed (as you do). I've finally managed to pin a downpipe down. It'll cost about £90 for the part, and I can fit it myself. Now the question is should I sell the MR2 or keep it? It uses a **** load less fuel than the Zed, and has better handling imo (although I am sure with some work the Zed can be brought up to scratch). But its an NA and after driving the Zed it seems a little pointless. I am toying with the idea of turning it into a track day car, single turbo conversion, NOS, improved air intake, big …

Anyone else received a call from this number? I checked on google and it appears to be cold calling from HSBC. Previously it was Three Mobile. I have also rang number (have checked with BT and it is free to call) and it says you were called by HSBC Bank and there is no need to return the call. Hello all. I’m having problems with my Ipod and I was wondering whether there are any PC wizards out there that might be able to shed some light on the matter. It was fine up until 2 weeks ago when I connected the USB to the PC to charge the ipod…and nothing happened. Everytime I try to connect the two I get an error message saying the device is unrecognised (Or something to that effect). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ipod software (Twice) but it still didn’t fix the problem. The PC just doesn’t seem to recognise the ipod when its been connected. I don’t think the USB cable has been damaged as it looks fine and I only bought the Ipod a few months…

Hi bought a xantia factory fitted lpg recently the savings are fantastic i get lpg at 38p a litre getting approx 30 mpg on gas =£1.71 a gallon :rofl:

Well it all start the day of bruntingthrope. We had a great day going around the track and went for a pub lunch after. I get in my car to come home a guy guy in his car backs striaght into my zed. New bumper and indicator needed. Ok that ok I can had that. I go out Saturday night go to unlock the car and the plastic bit on the back of the lock snap's off. im force-teaching myself SQL server but i cant even get started cos i dont seem to have a server :confused: if i create a blank .UDL file, then go to it's properties, then connections tab, then try to click on "select or enter a server name", the system stops for a few seconds then i get the error message: "Error enumerating data servers. Enumerator reports: 'unspecified error'." i need to be able to connect to a server before i can do anything else :headvswal :headvswal ive got Windows XP Home edition with SP2. i thought that basic data access came with it!

A window closure module to my Scorpion alarm system. Didn't cost much, got it from ebay, fitted it this afternoon, and it works a treat. Although the summer is coming to an end shortly anyway, so probably won't get much use out of it now, but it's there for when i want it. For anyone who is interested, these unit will fit to any alarm system, as long as there is an output wire (either +ve or -ve). Oh, of course you do need electric windows, so no problem with the Zed then ;) All very straight forward in the fitting department, as long as you know where the alarm control unit is located in your car, took me a while to find mine :headvswal

well the time had come to move on... so i sold my Z last weekend... :cry: Got £7000 for her but had more of a loan as id spent 4k on her in the past year on mods! but its not all bad as i pick up a TVR cerbera on Wed just wanted to say a big thankyou to everyone who has helped me out for the past few years its been a fantastic 4 years with her and ill probably get another in a few years. definatly one of the best (and funniest at times!) clubs iv ever been a menber of.... so once again THANKYOU ill still be on hear sometimes (probably moaning about the TVR breaking down every 1000 miles!)
