My resting HR was 38 BPM because it missed 9 of them. Bonus is the heart dont miss a beat when I am gently exercising, just when im full tilt or when I stop. One good thing is many people would be out cold under 40bpm. thank fook I wasnt a couch potato. then again maybe I wouldnt be having this sheet.

just went outside for a smoke break @ work, and noticed someone bashed my car with their wheels - so i had one of those horrible black tyre marks!!! :smash: Tried spitting on my finger and rubbin a bit (i know - very lady-like) didnt work.. so into the handbag - and out comes DKNY (perfume for those who dont know.... ) and wow - its as good as new! :D So whenever your stuck and dont have polishing gear in your car.... :D

Got up this morning to find i have 109 emails, all are Ebay - your listing has started! some chinese gimp has listed 109 items on my account totaling £142 in ebay fees! :shock: I checked the paypal address he used on the items and its edk83888@yahoo.com.cn - They have made this so it looks like me but .cn is china! I phoned paypal and they have no record of an account on this email address so maybe he hasnt created it yet, or just screwed up? All the auctions he listed were 1 day ones, hoping i wouldnt notice! I was debating whether to just change the paypal address on each one to my real one and take all their money but decided against it - :…

Hi, A friends PC has stopped working and he thinks it's the PSU. His machine is a celeron with a 250x ATX psu and I have a spare 235w PSU that came out of a Pentium 3 machine, would it be OK to try it? Cheers Viajy

Just wanted to know if there other people like me who collect DVDs and never watch them :confused: I used to have them displayed in a nice unit in the living room and used to watch one now and again but now the wife has gone minimalistic there in chocolate brown cubes so i cant remember the last time i actually watched one :smash: So it got me thinking whats the point? i have loads that are still in the wrappers LOL so do i sell them or keep them for a rainy day :D Mike
