General Discussions - Non 300ZX

I have been selling bits-n-bobs on ebay partly so I can spend money on the zed but one thing I have noticed is that when I have a few people interested in some things I have, when someone has a highest bid they put in another bid of the same amount. What does that mean, are they blocking other bids? Any info welcome. Cheers John Crisp

Right at the Mo i can upgrade my phone with orange, this has been going on for about 7 weeks, the phone i want is out of stock Nokia5500,so they have offered me an amazing deal to keep me with orange, but this can't start till i get the phone off them as well, and they can't say when they'll be getting them in?????. So if you have two mins could you cast your eyes over the phones that are available to me and recomend one and why or which will have a good sell on value as i hope to get a 5500 off e-bay. thanks graeme

Morning!! Noticed yesterday that my radiators were hot, thing is the central heating is switched off at the control unit. The hot water however was on so it looks like even though th CH is off, hot water is somehow getting pumped around the house. I'm thinking that the motorised valve/actuator is stuck, any ideas? I'm thinking that the valve has 3 positions, hot water, central heating and both am i right? is there a plumber in the house? Cheers.

Just installed this and completed all the preliminary stuff that the instructions told me to do (like copying nsfastky.ini to c:\windows etc), however when I try and open it I get a picture of the Nissan logo with a purple prgress bar. The progress bar gets about a third of the way along and the program hangs. Any ideas?

Been off work for a week now with a really nasty strain of tonsilitus. Only the 2nd or 3rd time I've ever had it, but this is by far the worst I've ever been and have felt nearly as bad as I did over xmas. My tonsils are so swollen, that one of them is touching my uvula!! My tongue has also turned a pale shade of white, my tonsils are now ulcerous!! Not to meantion the nausia, migrane + aches and pains! See below for nasty photos of the dreadful state of my tonsils. What you can't see is that the white ulcerations on the tonsils actually go down into my gullet!!!! Go to bed shivering wearing clothes and the heating on flat out, wake up at 2am in an abs…

I work in sales and i have to have a big month next month to keep my z. got one customer with a big quote, intrested but a bugger to close down. if i dont close in the next 4 weeks its bye bye z :(. its a 4k quote against a 6k target. its all ummmm arrrr at the mo, it will be signed but, if it takes me more than 4 weeks the z gonna have to pay the motgage :(
