A very good friend of mine has taken her Micra to a garage to have atiming belt fitted, and they have had the car for a week - and are now demanding £300 up front before they do any work and that the final bill will be £500 For a Micra 1.0? couldnt fookin believe what had been stuck on our bins at work, we put them out at 3pm today, the get emtied early on thurs morn's, we went to do a job and got back to the garage at 4.15pm, the council had been round and put hooge red stickers on the bin saying because of arson probs, the bins should be put out on the morn of collection, continuing to put them out the night before will result in a £2000 per bin fine couldnt fookin believe it, have the council got fook all else to do but to do shite like this, why dont they spend the money and time on catching the fookin arsonist's, what a load of crap :rant:

Well Go to the car, start it, set the turbo timer to 10 mins, take out the keys and lock the car. Go in and have some breakfast. Halfway through go and repaet the process. Go back in and finish breakfast. Come out and the car is nice and warm and defrosted. Oh and don't forget to reset the turbo timer to the usual setting !
