A friend of mine has on '04 reg Vectra 1.8 and neither of the ciggy lighter sockets are working. Is there a specific fuse (or indeed any fuse) for these and if so where is it??? She hasn't brought the car to work today so I can't go out and look. Thankz in advance. :)

Was fitting my new bathroom today when I hear a V8 rev it's *****cs off outside and then "SMASH"!!!!!! Have a look out the window and there is a TVR Segaris sideways in the road all smashed up and a rover next to it all caved in. Also a lamp post half hanging over and broken. Looks like the guys throttle in the TVR stuck fully open and sent him spinning in to the lamp post then into the Rover. No one hurt but made a lot of mess!!

Evening we have moved our tv to another part of the front room as iv just got a big lcd tv. However we had a 10mtr extending lead for the skybox as when we had sky installed a few years ago they cut it to the exact length of where the tv was situated :rolleyes: !! So the problem is with this long lead its overkill and the screw connectors are shit and i keep getting the message satelite signal not working etc so question is what is the best lead to get and where from? On the subject is it possible to run a new cable straight from the sky dish to the reciever? that way i will get a clean connection and hopefully no signal issues! cheers greg
