Been on atkins diet to lose a few pounds for centre parcs as my mrs keeps saying "suck it in"! started a week ago and lost nearly a stone allready. one small snag...... me having a wandering mind was weighing myself last night and tried to make myself heavier ( being a kid as usual) for my own fun. :) ANyway it got to the point where i was doing a jumping motion without actually jumping to get my weight to the top of the scales.......... How accurate are they really? i know they say more than 99% correct but just wondered. for instance (hypatheticaly of course ;) ) if a girl i was seeing is late by nearly a week and takes a clear blue test this morning and its negative then thats pretty accurate right??? Cause hypetheticaly i could have been climbing the walls for the last 48 hours since i was told she was late, and would like piece of mind.....

Geniouse mayor Ken Livingstone has decided that the congestion charge is now an emittions tax by the looks of things. had a accident in my iveco van, (3.5 ton).just coming upto a dual carriage way and the van in front had slowed down,but because of the low sunshine did not see brake lights. skidded but i hit him denting in his rear doors and braking rear light... damage to my van is bonnet,grille,radiator, front panel,headlights,bumper. a local bodyshop is doing the repairs thru the insurance company. but as i am self employed and i need a large van it looks as i might be out of work for a little while. but looking on the bright side nobody was injured. and in the afternoon my front door on my house the lock has jammed. :( i am now going down the pub for a few drinks. :duffer:
