Thought I would start here as today saw the 'offical' start of the Cossy conversion! Done today, removed prop, tank, engine and cleaned the bay up a bit for painting. The pics! Soon ready for a trial fit of this, all decatted an' everything! I was hoping the Scorpio sender was going to fit my tank but no!-the sender resistance was wrong and the flange to big,so I came up with this 'hybrid'-my sender with the Scorp' pump fitted, sorted! Watch this space.....................................(again! LOL!)

Just had two shifty blokes come to the door trying to buy my car, cheeky fookers  Driving a subaru estate, heard the car grumbling outside for a few minutes then the door went, old lady answered and bloke say's to her "I wanna buy the car" :( Good old bird she sees him off with a "Its not for sale", she did'nt even bother to call me to see the blokes but gut feeling is that I heard the scooby outside for a few minutes before the door bell went, so they had a good look around the zed. Think I'll have to sleep with one eye open tonight, with my baseball bat instead of the old lady  Rant over

One of my work mates is after a turbo for an Astra GSI as the one he has taken off is proper fooked. He took it to Midland Turbo and they said the shaft has snapped  and they can't get a replacement so it can only be binned. It's not his car it's one he's looking at for someone. He has found a second hand used one but it's £600  Does anyone know where he could get a replacement or maybe even an after market one from for less than silly money ? CheerZ Paul

.A POSSE of Lady Godivas stripped for a bare-all ride in London yesterday. The fillies shed their clothes for the naked trot in the capital’s Hyde Park. The girls were plugging Brit romantic comedy Lady Godiva and raising cash for a cancer charity. You can see more sensational pics of the riders by clicking on the slideshow below. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article1185893.ece?slideshowPopup=true&articleId=1185893

Around a week ago I placed two alloy bird rings on the top of my bread bin as I have two baby owl chicks that I need to ring. Yesterday I turned the bloody kitchen upside down searching for them as I needed to fit them on the birds but they were no where to be found:(. I even moved the bread bin in case they had fallen behind it and there was nothing there. I was a little pissed off to say the least as if I did not fit them within the next two days I would have not got them over the birds toes as they do grow very fast. Woke up this morning still annoyed and I go to the bread bin to make some toast and the two alloy rings were there:shock: Now I know i am not cracking u…
