Had bad headaches a few months back, so went to the doctors, who then referred my to the Optician...had the eye test, and now I have to wear Spec's for reading and Using the PC. I can still see fine without them, but the optician said because I'm getting on in years now, my eyes have to work allot harder to focus etc, so wearing spec's takes the stress off my eyes. It's all about getting old. And YES I did go to specsavers. LOL;)

i have just finished building my pc and i have a problem with my memory and graphics card. i have a intel quad core 9550, 4 gb of ram and ati 4870x2 2gb graphics card. it has install ok but my card is showing as only 1gb dedicated and 3gb shared its taking 2gb of my ram and sharing it (which i dont want it to do) so when i start task manager it shows only 1 gb of ram free any ideas how i can sort this out

passed my bike test today at school managed to do 1 and 2 level so did well got 2/3 medals.

my contract is due up very soon and im just wondering which phones are best that are out within the next month or so ... Not the iphone tho lol

Am moving house & (temporarily at least) my cars wont be garaged, Informed insurance co. (who want additional premium!)- quelle surprise, rodders, as delboy would say. Has anyone fixed one of those security bollards in their drive, how effective/ cost? etc etc-

I left the battery out of it last night and lost all my files and appointments, I think I have the majority of my word files are on my pc but my appointments would be a god given gift to get back.I have an XDA and syncing it up with my laptop has never been easy so there are limited files on there! Relinquished my old paper licence 6 years ago, which was due to expire in 2039. Just found out now that the cheeky pricks force you to renew your picture after 10 years and charge you £17.50 for the privilege. I'm having problems with my DVD in one of my PC's, i have a Dell sx270, it has a DVD burner in it but its only displaying it as a CD drive, i've tried updating the drivers but it says the best driver is being used, i've installed "driver genius" but again it says there is no update for this device. I've removed the drive just to check it is a DVD drive and it's printed on it. I only noticed because i tried to load a game earlier but it said no disc in drive, its ok with music cd's and picture cd's. Any ideas?

I have had Sky+ for three years now and was thinking of upgrading to HD but is it really worth the extra £ when there is only a handful of channels broadcast in HD? Any HD people out there to give their 10p worth? thanks in advance.
