noticed one of our tennants had been into the leccy meter, took around £40 out of it, left a written warning telling him that it would be added to rent arrears and if it happened again he would be out( fair enough i thought) went to collect the rent and empty the meter again today (gets emptied weekly rather that monthly-cause he is a rouge), noticed the seals were missing, told him to pack his netto carrier and fook off, was told he is going to his solicitor about harrassing him at unreasonable times as the title says, it was ten past fookin ten AM, if that is unreasonable, what is reasonable lol coont will be sleeping rough or at the salvation army shelte…

Okay Boys and Girls, the six nations are kicking off tomorrow so question is who will win ? Tomorrow will tell a lot as this time I actually think Ireland have a good chance against France in Croke Park. We were unfortunate to lose to the French the last time there so we may be able to turn the tables. The Ulster boys are back in form and the provinces are generally playing well Even with temperatures disasterously low in Murrayfield, I cannot see Wales lose up there. Thought I`d share some pics of a track day I went to a few days back with my brother in-law. It was at Sepang circuit in Malaysia where they hold the F1. First time at a Malaysian track day and pretty much similar in rules to UK track days. Some very nice machinery at the track day both on and off. Here in Malaysia the national Proton car is very popular and my bro-in law as a Proton Wira which is essentially a rebadged Mitsi Lancer. Except his has an EVO 4 engine and loads of go faster bits. Steve Wilko, what an amazing chat show host. This guy publically humiliates pedo's/rapist and the likes on television. He also seems to beat up the chairs more then the guests.

Just wondering if anyone's got any predictions regarding £ vs $. It's dropped in value by 1/4, since last summer. It's now hovering around the $1.50 mark. With the US's economy the way it is, I can't imagine the value of the £ against the dollar would go down any further. It picked up a little today, but I doubt it'll go back up to the 2:1 ratio we saw in and around the summer months. The recent VAT cut seems to have done nothing to halt the decline of the currency and with more job cuts forecast and house prices still continuing to drop, will the £ devalue more against the $?
