Ahh, this takes me back. Since the 'any truth in this' thread was deleted presumably cos it was politically incorrect(despite the fact it opened up a debate and would have been accepted as shite) can we now delete any thread that contains the word 'jap'. As someone who actually embraces political correctness,I'll go out of my way not to offend anyone,also worked with a lot of Japanese people. Generally they don't like the 'j word'. So make it easy ban/delete 'Jap' posts, stick to J-Spec for descriptions of Japanese origin cars and Japanese for everything else. Easy, 2 extra letters to type for a car, 5 extra letters for everything else including the person, job done. …

Thought I`d share some pics of a track day I went to a few days back with my brother in-law. It was at Sepang circuit in Malaysia where they hold the F1. First time at a Malaysian track day and pretty much similar in rules to UK track days. Some very nice machinery at the track day both on and off. Here in Malaysia the national Proton car is very popular and my bro-in law as a Proton Wira which is essentially a rebadged Mitsi Lancer. Except his has an EVO 4 engine and loads of go faster bits. Guys, Is it my imagination or is Firefox a quicker application than Internet Explorer? I had been having problems with explorer, where pages sometimes would stop responding, so I started using Firefox today and I am well impressed so far. Appears to be quicker. C

Steve Wilko, what an amazing chat show host. This guy publically humiliates pedo's/rapist and the likes on television. He also seems to beat up the chairs more then the guests.

Just wondering if anyone's got any predictions regarding £ vs $. It's dropped in value by 1/4, since last summer. It's now hovering around the $1.50 mark. With the US's economy the way it is, I can't imagine the value of the £ against the dollar would go down any further. It picked up a little today, but I doubt it'll go back up to the 2:1 ratio we saw in and around the summer months. The recent VAT cut seems to have done nothing to halt the decline of the currency and with more job cuts forecast and house prices still continuing to drop, will the £ devalue more against the $?

Currently very p1ssed off. My folks, who own a hair/beauty salon (over 40 years in the same location) received a letter this morning from the solicitors of a waste of perfectly good skin who has decided to sue us. The reason: he walked into our sign outside the salon parking area (the sign that is about 5ftx4ft large I should add). Apparently the sign hangs 3 inches too far over the pavement and caused him to cut the top of his head (the bottom of the sign is about shoulder height so I can only presume he's either a midget or was limbo-ing at the time).
