General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Just bought a JBL BTX250 sub as the stereo in my car desperately needs something more and I can't be arsed at the moment buiding an enclosure as too many other things to do. It had one fitted before I bought it as all the cabling is fitted but wasn't included in the sale. JBL are pretty good I know and there's a passive driver as well as an active one so should be pretty good quality sealed subs are usually tighter and less boomy. Hi all Its summer time so we got all the cars gassed up today. I have come across a guy who is awesome based in Kent but he has a van and comes to us. He does the old gas and the new systems too. He doesnt just gas up the car or walk away when its not working, he actually cut some pipe out of my rangey and put a new piece in to get it working! on our drive! :rant::rant::rant: Hi, I was making my way back from Stranraer to Teeside last week. It was 10:45pm when I was travelling down the A66 towards Stockton/Middlesbrough. The speed goes down from 70 to 50 and I slowed accordingly.There is a 80 degree bend in the dual carriageway and as I was half way round it I spotted a patrol car in front of me. I want to point out at this time that as I spotted him, his window was closed and his vehicle was moving. He came out straight after me and pulled me over. He explained about the 50 mph limit and that this particular stretch of dual carriageway was at 50 mph to allow people to get onto the road from the slip roads saf…

how much are these, theres a few about but the prices vary from 250 to 500. and how do people find this boost controller?

Went to see this on friday and it was a good film, not great but as a trekkie i felt it was missing some of the core things which made startrek. I suppose thay have made this to be more commercial to appeal to the general public and i think from that sense it works but i left feeling like they could have done some small things in it to make it better? Also was looking forward to seeing simin pegg as scottie but he was only in it for 10-15 mins at the end!! i also thing the plot was a little vague but overall well worth a watch Mike

what a croc of shite this programme is, the wench is watching it and its fookin terrible, can only imagine the state of the house when they finish, ATM they are sticking blue tounge and groove boards with gripfill to a vinly wallpapered walls its takes me and my boss nearly a month to refurbish a room ready to be rented out and we woodchip the walls and paint them lol, usually takes a week for me to sand and prepare all the woodwork i would cringe if they turned up at my house lol

Well the day has finally come for the wifes spinal op, she has been waiting for her op for some time now. The spinal procedure she is getting only 4 people in the uk have had it and 20 worldwide.:eek: She went into theatre at 8 this morn should be around 6hrs so just waiting now.

sprayed the car last weekend and laquered it with 3 coats wanted to do some more today, tried it on a test patch and it has cracked is there anyway around this :headvswal
