General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Hi guys. My dads diesel mondeo is a cow to start,takes ages always sounds like battery is dead when its brand new(and independently tested). Its a 1999 1.8 if that helps. Any ideas?

I used to own a record shop and DJ a little back in the day, anyhows I have got one of the best collections of oldskool 12" in the south of England. I kept a copy of every tune that went through the shop between 88-93. I have been going through it all for about a month now in my spare time and it really brings back memories of jumping about in fields and a big old club in worthing called Sterns. I have a shit load to go through yet, but I thought if anyone is interested I can bosh a mix up and youtube it?. Tonight I spent about an hour just scratching two old tunes until the skin was almost gone from my fingertips :oops:

As it was snowing last night at around 11.00 I heard screaming and shouting just from under my living room window. hello just wondered if any of you mechanically minded peeps have any idea of how to solve a problem i have? i have a mondeo and the heater works well but it comes out hot for a time and then goes cold:confused1: does anybody have an idea how to stop this or why it happens? all answers welcome thanx

just bought some new 100 watt equivalnet low energy bulbs and i must say im impressed with them, they used to be shite and very dim and took ages to warm up, but the new ones light up quickly and get toi full working order in a min or so gonna change the rest of the house now

I was wondering if any of you guys have a car for sale. I am looking to buy a car for going at work. As I am doing carpentry, sometimes I use to go and buy whatever material I need rather than wait for delivery...I had to sell my van to pay for my zed repaires......:sad: I`ve had a renault laguna but sold it yesterday(needed new tyres and weel alignment plus front shock absorbers) but other than that the car was ok and the person who bought it was happy.
