for those who dont know, i was a fireman for 8 years, at a retained station that is behind my house. Tonight, my girlfriend was on the computer and see's lots of smoke coming from a neighbouring house, i look and can tell its way more than a bonfire. after telling girlfriend to call the brigade, me and my son run over the road, to find that the guys bonfire has gone well out of control. His shed, garage and avairy are all alight. After banging on his door, he has no idea what is going on his garden. after getting him out. Call the neighbours, and tell her to get herself and the kids out. Total panic instantly. she is screaming, kids crying, first question i ask i…

Ford Fiesta XR2i 1.6i 8v Ultimately it caused me to lose alot of feeling in my left hand after the gearstick went clean thru it in this accident: After that wake up call, I got into my first foray into the Jap car market: I then had an opportunity to buy this L reg XR2i 1.8 16v off my uncle who had owned it from brand new and (at the time) only had 14,000 miles on the clock and was in pretty much showroom condition, so I did for a cool …

I saw one of these on Thursday - first time I'd seen one before although I knew what it was from the shape of the rear. I can't believe they are so modern (launched in 1989), seeing as they have such a funky 60's look about them! 1.0 Turbo (MA10ET) engine. VG30 conversion anyone? :D :D

Hey everyone, Just thought id let everyone no of a pretty good couple of days down south next weekend. http://www.modifiedmadness.co.uk There is a rolling road, the opportunity to participate in unlimited drag racing for around £30 i think, drifting, and many other things going on. I went last year for a couple of hours (i only live a mile away!) and it was a great atmosphere with various modified cars destroying 911 GT3's, ferraris etc. quite embarrassing for those owners though! Its not the classiest event on the calendar, but its definitely is worth checking out if you can make it. Last year a couple of 300zx's turned up (before i had mine, so wasn…

  20. This isn't a For Sale thread; not just yet anyway. I bought this Toyota Granvia earlier in the year to convert to a camper/day van for surfing. It's pretty much complete now, however I'm in two minds with what to do next. I don't want to shell out on a full respray at a bodyshop as I do intend to sell it very shortly; though I have considered a couple of lairy colours (sky blue or DRIFTWORKS orange & black etc) with a few decals to set it off. Regardless, the paintwork and bodywork could do with a bit of TLC in places, though it's completely rust free (like most good imports). If I didn't have the Hilux I'd keep it for towing the Z32 to …

Today I went to the chemist and asked for cream that would ease the pain on three of my Nipples. I stood there and explained that they were itchy and imflamed and that it no longer wanted to be like a cow!. The woman looked at me and said "what you have five nipples??" and then handed me some E45 cream. It was at this point I said well, no actually two real ones and three massive insect bites showing her!. She could not stop laughing and said that was the funniest description for insect bites that she had ever heard. Went sun bathing today and the feckers ate me alive, every time I get bitten it swells right up in total the little shitz get me eleven times. So…
