Now for those of you who dont own a iphone. when your typing away, sometimes it gets it in its head that it wants to change the word your trying to type, for one it thinks your looking for. it also has a self learn function where by, commonly used words are stored in its memory in case you like to use them often. So, the scene. im laying in bed, listening to my tunes on the iphone while reading a book, and decide to log into the iphones facebook app and see if anyone else is sad enough to be doing the same, after a bit of banter with a few friends. i decided to up date my status. So tapping away on the iphone and instantly pressed send. Upon reading what i…

Evening Guys, Just thought i'd share with you that our Chris is a not to good at the moment, he was taken into hospital in the early hours of this morning with chest pains, still in the dark at the moment as they are still doing tests, so not sure what's going on but he has been kept in over night with more tests happening tomorrow. I'm sure it would mean a lot to him to know your thoughts are with him. Marie-Anne

Not a zed question, but I was wondering if anyone on here might be able to help with a problem I have with my Audi A3. The alternator packed up on it last week and I have just fitted a brand new alternator and belts, when I started it up, several warning lights came up which did not appear before and having checked the battery with a multi meter it appears the new alternator is not charging the battery. From what I understand if it was a bad connection to the alternator then it would be overcharging the battery, but mine has no effect on the battery at all. Is there a fuse to an alternator normally? I have had a quick check of the fuses and can't see anythi…

is there any way to do an onboard ECU diagnostic on a 2001 SLK 230 kompressor as we do on the zed? the one i'm using has the check engine light on but I was told it was a coilpack on cylinder 3 that was at fault, but was replaced a few months ago and the light is back... can anyone help?

Well this is my snake Princess, shes a female desert king snake, in the wild she would normally be found hunting diamondback rattlesnakes and there pretty damn good at it too, as they are immune to the venom. Shes a year and 4 months old so still plenty of growth in her yet. Although she isn't displaying the full Desert kind snake colors yet, they should start appearing soon, well i hope they do as at present she is showing the same banding and markings as a king cobra lol King cobra lol

Well my days in IT are about to end (Forever I hope) My current contract is ending the end of the month and I've decided to go full time into the world of portrait photography. Got myself a 1000 square foot studio with office and waiting room all linned up and paid for. There is also a roller garage door so can get cars in as props or the subject for shoots. My main market will be the mums wanting their kids photos done. Thats where most of my money will be coming from but will also offer fashion, glamour, wedding, makeovers, product adverts etc. Scary times but looking forward to it :o) Here is a couple of bits of my work

Due to the image limit on here, here is a link to the 155 owners forum with a full image write up - 7 hour Mega Detail!! Hope you like :D

This letter was sent to ther Bristol evening post and published, the writer needs a medal imho. Where did it all go wrong? T ODAY we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: ● Knowing when to come in out of the rain; ● Why the early bird gets the worm; ● Life isn't always fair; ● Maybe it was my fault. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies, (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable str…

Does anyone here own one? Or driven one? Im currently in the market for one but dont know which to go for... There are far fewer 535d`s about which begs the question - why? Also they are twin turbo charged so can possibly be more expensive if they go wrong... Cheers, Dan
