Hi Guys, I'm pretty when it comes to DIY, but I've really fallen at the hurdles on this one and need some help. I wouldn't have asked but we have had no heating now for 3 days. I have bought three different room temperature control switches (thermostat control), but I can't get any of them to work. Where I have taken the old one off (it got broken, so is no longer any use), I have the three basic wires Netrual, Live, Earth. (blue, brown, Green/yellow). I think I have wired the switch up as per the wiring diagram (which to be honest I don't fully understand). just wanting names and telephone numbers of companys who fit turbos leaving the enging in the car and a price if they did yours, was it a good job. also the same but with removall of engine to do the job. universal turbos have quoted me £600 plus vat to do the job is this fair, iam supplying turbos they have done quite a few they tell me. it sounds reasonable to me what you think.

As I know 90% of the people on this board are involved in IT someone must be able to offer a little advice. I'm trying to get hold of either a Compact Flash or PCMCIA Bluetooth card for my Mac running OS X. The machine is Bluetooth enabled but I don't know what software, drivers etc I need. I know that I can get a USB solution relatively cheep and easily, but I was hoping for a neater solution utilising the PCMCIA slot. Any advise appreciated. Tim
