Had been chattin to quite a few of you.. on MSN last week, tried to boot up my puter as normal, it now does this it says.... loading your personal settings... anyone read the the mail today? its got a report about some git moaning that his jag le man car was thrashed about for a top gear programme and they cause "x" amount of damage to it. Well this morning on the A1 near Apex Corner London I finally found myself alongside the Zed that I've seen a few times on that route. Well I'm in my Nissan D21 Pickup - so I beep my horn, wind down my window (no lux. of electrics) - he puts his window down - I bellow out, "I've got a Zed, do you go on the 300zx forum? He replies , no. So I say - Try it! He waves and shoots off!!! So if BEW reads this post - say hi!!!! Geoff.

OK peeps advice wanted. My mum has been getting these calls where nobody says anything , today she refused to hang up (as its their bill) and they kept the call going for around 4 mins. This can happen around 3 or 4 times a week and there has been a few to my house too. And before anyone blames me NO i havent been up to no good or upset anyone ;) so we are baffled. None of us are worried by that sort of crap but it does make you very curious. I have times and dates of the calls so it would be simple to report it to BT but im pretty sure they wont tell me where the calls are coming from, im not sure if I could force them to tell me because I would be within my rights…

Took one of my Dad's friends out for a wee spin in the Zed tonight. He was stunned and was ranting to his wife when we got back home about the awesome torque like someone sitting on his chest and pushing him back in his seat when I floored it! He also said it was one of the fastest cars he had ever been in and he'd probably kill himself if he owned one :D Funny thing is he used to own a Lotus Super7, and he says my car is the quickest he's ever been in? Mind you I did lock it down and redline it through 1st and 2nd before I put it in drive, the car sounds awesome at 7000rpm Another one for the Zed :D

http://WWW.silverlakeautoparts.co.uk are breaking a "P" reg Jap import next week. They are in Botley in Hampshire. Thought someone might be interested. I saw it yesterday, it's been swiped down the drivers' side, otherwise ok.It looks as if it was in good order, done under 60,000 kms. It has Nissan BBS wheels cloth interior and a solid roof. He has sold the manual gearbox, but the engine and everything else is up for grabs. Hoped to get the PTU etc but he's waiting till it's pulled apart. Would have liked the spoiler but it is the newer raised type. Might help someone

If any of you guys are selling a TT over the next few months let me know. My high mileage UK Zed is nearing the end of her life. Must be: i) Manual. I get bored without a gear stick to play with ii) 2+2 targa. Wife won't let me sell our son. iii) Registerable on a personalised H plate iv) Not white and preferable not red. Blue would be great but other colurs considered v) No faults. I've just spent far to much on maintenance over the last few years and want a breather from stretching the credit card. No real urgency at the moment.
