General Discussions - Non 300ZX

On a job at the moment and the customer has asked if we can provide a fully sealed and watertight pond coating. Not something i've used or that I am familiar with but seem to recall there are some guys on here that might be. The pond is a newly constructed one, 12metres x 6metres and 4 blocks deep (900mm). It will have a rendered finish to the walls. I was wondering if there is a product on the market suitable for this? I will be applying a 'synthaprufe' type coating before any further coatings if there is such a product. Thanks in advance for any info/advice.

Just finally landed a contract :sorcerer: which will have me tied up for a while so the Z will have to wait- cant go work a front end web dev job with gunked up fingers, it aint pretty lol. The last contract was the BBC, and theyre a bit annoying tbh, was bored out of my skull lol. This time I'll be working on basically the electrical engineers online paradise so I'm super happy about this one :thumbup:

hey guys,, i planning on taking my test in jan just after my 21st bday. ive done a cbt, theory and module 1, so in order to ride my very nice zxrr600 would i have to now take the direct access course? after my 21st of course. or is there sumin else before that? cos i know that before 21 u can take the module 2 which allows you to ride 125cc no plates. then goes up to watever you want when 21 or 2 years whatevers sooner. so am i right in thinking if i book a direct access for just after my bday, take it on a 500cc, pass. im good to go? ive looked on the dvla but its just so confusing, so id thought id ask here seeing as you lot collectivly know everything…

Any of you guys into hot food ?? i just made a new batch of chilli lilly,its a naughty little number i have to say and puts quite a zing in my sarnies.Its a traditional recipie i tweaked with cider and bids eye chillies and a drop or two of "one drop at a fuc*in time" hot sauce.Ive made boat loads this time and have given away jars to my mates.Im planning on doing some chilli pickled eggs for crimbo :sweatdrop:.

Well got back home early and could not be bothered to go shopping tonight. A quick look in the fridge, not much in there, but hang on! Bit of this and that and soon Smoked Bacon and mushroom omelette, charlote potatoes with green beans, tomato and rocket salad dressed with a home made balsamic,olive oil, mustard dressing. Got to say was really good.:chef:

this has been driving me mad for a few days now and I cant understand it. Basically the key fobs for both the lexus and my van won't work when parked at the house, both work away from the house but have to use the key when we get home to look them. What can cause this lol seems so stupid lol

Whats new in here. took the Z out the other day hadnt started it for 6 months, i let the accusump pressurise the oil system then turned the key BROOOOOOM started first time with no hesitation, and no smoke. Impressed? just bought 6 months tax sooooo looks like il have to drive it then.

hey i got a Firstline lcd monitor/tv. and it only turns on wen it wants to, wen its on it works perfik, but sometimes mostly after its bin on a while, it wont come bak on again. the light from red to blu comes on, but no pwer to screen? any suggestions?

Hi all, After numerous hours trawling youtube I still can't find any sort of guide of how to remove a 1993 Impreza WRX wngine and was wondering if anyone here knew of a decent guide? I got offered a right scrapper of a WRX for £600 which might sound alot BUT the engine is sweet and had a rebuild just last year with receipts :). The lad brought it as a project but gave up on it after getting a new girlfriend haha. Thanks in advance :)
