Footman & James didnt load my premium at all for non nissan bodykit and HKS dump valves!!! The small fly in this ointment though, is an excess of £500 and I already pay in excess of £1200. Still, better news than,"Well that will be an additional £200, please." Made my afternoon! :)

I just had to put this in here as I suspect that there are quite a few members who haven't read all the thread at the top of this forum. I just did a quick check and noticed that there are 220+ members on this site who have posted more than 50 times each. Even if you allow for some fast typing and verbal you know whats, these people have been here for a while and have got used to using the site and it's many benefits. So how is it that there are only 120 members who have paid up the paultry £20 to support the site and it's work. If you are one of the 100 'members' with 50+ posts and still unsubscribed then NOW IS THE TIME. You've all had at least £20 …

Just watching Road Wars again - watched them pull a car over that has a history of being involved in theft.. Interview the guy - they ask if he's taken anything recently, and his answer is "Uh, yeah, some heroin, about an hour ago".. Followed by "Yeah, I wanna get home to get some, y'know".. After much interviewing, to assertain that a) he has a boot full of used needles, b) a giant smack habit, and c) that his partner used false ID to get stuff back from a Pawn shop.. They let him drive home! He was stoned out of his mind FFS, and they let him get back in his car, and drive on home.. And yet if one of us is caught speeding, you can bet we'd ge…

Been a busy few days for my z lately; wheels, tyres and strut brace over the weekend. Today I went to see PhilZ at C&S Wood for an MOT and a de-cat. He also fixed my boost leak that has been "doing me head in" for months  The culprit was the pipe from the wastgate of the passenger side turbo:- The car boosts much, much better than before and the exhaust now has a deeper sound  I even got round to fitting the aerial I bought off Ajay when I got home  now I know how to use a "socket set" Dave

Tony has just bought a brand new car. On his way home from work, he is so excited at the prospect of showing off his new car to his girlfriend that he isn’t paying attention. He goes past a red traffic light, bumps into somebody in front of him and then turns into a “no entry” road. A Policeman standing next to his patrol car observes all of Tony’s actions but makes no attempt to get into his patrol car and follow him. Tony is dressed in normal clothes, is not a Policeman himself and does not know the Policeman. In fact the Policeman has no personal reason to let Tony off. Why doesn’t Tony get into trouble?

I was waiting to turn right, towards St.Helens, at about 13:45. Saw a black 'G' plate Z heading out of St.Helens towards the Rainford By-Pass. Anyone here? (Mike Duffy?) I'll just sit back and wait for the usual "it wasn't me" replies :D:D:D Dave

Today, I thought I'd throw my Z around a few 'twisties' - to be honest I'm a bit of a 'shit-house' on the twistier stuff (after an encounter on a wet roundabout in a Supra many years ago  ) Anyway, after going to 18's and the fitting of a front strut-brace this weekend, following on from the installation of poly tension rod bushings a couple of weeks ago, I cannot believe the difference in the way the car feels. I feel now that I can enter any corner at a 'slightly more than sensible speed' and exit in one piece. I know the term 'runs on rails' is a hackneyed and over-used expression. But stick a 'Railtrack' logo on the side of my zed and I'll happily wear …

Was hoping to get my new Blitz 03's fitted today :D Finished work early, when I got home I asked the tyre centre if my tyres had arrived - they hadn't. So I thought I'd occupy myself by fitting my front strut brace in the meantime. Anyway, the tyre centre rang to say if I came down in the next few mins, they would fit my wheels. In my haste I left my toolkit on the driveway at home and raced (literally :D) to the tyre centre. When I arrived at the tyre centre, I opened the hatch to get my locking wheel nut key from the toolkit I keep in the back. I then remembered, I left this toolkit at home - the tyre centre was closing in 10 mins :( So I didn't have time to…
