My German wife has suddenly got it into here head that she is some kind of traitor to her fatherlannd unless she starts to drive a Merc Estate. I've been thinking that a C class say 4 to 5 years old would not break the banks balance so does anyone here have any idea of the pitfalls?

I generally use Microsoft's one but I am turning away from it. For some reason some pictures dont show on sites. Like before, the icons at the sike of the posts telling you which ones are new post didnt show up. Virtually every web site has some picture that doesnt load. If I install Windows from fresh it starts working perfectly again fir about 2 months and the it goes back to not displaying stuff. I Have all the latest patches installed. I use Opera sometimes and I am started to favour it all the time now. I never get any errors like I do on the MS one and the download tool is much better. For example, I was trying to download a patch for a game through MS Intern…

Uh-oh! Hssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss "RUN!" KABOOM! That is the fuse bing lit! ;) Any ways, I'm not on about the oil additives but the fuel decoking one. I know that you a little is good because it helps seal the valves and such. Anyways, I have used Injector cleaner a few times, the first time it did make a difference as I dont think anything like that had been used on it before so the injectors where probably a little blocked. A few days ago I put Slick 50's fuel treatment in and I was wondering if any one else has used it and what they thought of it and did it make any difference? Stuart

Guys and gals Not sure if this is really the case I feel that if there are people on here that have business' that are not motor related, I would like to believe that looking after each other also follows in these areas. So, what am I getting at? Well, my ole' man's got a shop and he is thinking of changing the sign on the front of the shop. At the moment it is a perspex sign with an alluminium surround that just holds it in place. I haven't measured it but its about 2' by about 15'. The colour is this really horrible yellowy/cream , or a light biege. Is there anyone here in the trade that would be able to tell me what prices I should be paying for that kin…

WTF............ you lot are my buds so I will show you some of my holiday snaps...........LOL. As I left the airport in Hawaii and was trying to cross the crossing, the 1st car to stop for me was a 300ZX, I was loving it. A good omen I thought. Hawaii was amazing, need to go back and see more of it. They used this shot for the opening frame on Jurassic Park.

Thursday 30th October 2003 Microsoft sacks employee for G5 photograph Microsoft has dismissed an employee for placing a picture of Power Mac G5s being delivered to the company's print shop on his weblog. In the same blog, Michael Hanson says that it seems that posting the picture 'is seen by Microsoft Security as a security violation'. 'The picture might have been permissible,' he adds, 'but because I mentioned that I worked at the MSCopy print shop, and which building it was in, it pushed me over the line.' Hanson's manager explained the reason for his dismissal: 'Unfortunately, Microsoft has the right to decide that because of what you said, you…

Just read the report on the new Evo VIII. 0-60 in 4 secs? My Zed will not do that but I wonder whether even the most awesome beasties on the forum would. Bet Maccas' wouldn`t (especially not right now) or anyone elses. What do you reckon is the best 0-60 a Zed could come up with? I wouldn`t have thought that with a road setup a Zed could do better than 4 secs. All that power and those poor rear tyres. Whaddya reckon, should we proud Zedders concede defeat to a poxy 2ltr turbocharged rally derivative?

My 1990 UK spec TT is now doing spare car service on my drive. OK, so sh'es got a but of rust and has done 190k miles, but with classic car insurance she makes a damn cheep spare car. certainly chepaer than a Fiesta with normal insurance. I suppose my real question is how much is she really worth. We're sort of running out of drive space. Wife needs a new car since we cover mega miles on trips to Europe each year, and it makes sense to keep our old Honda estate since it doesn't matter how much of it the dogs eat, so she may have to go. Sho I break her for apres ar try and find some sucker since she needs a bit of work due to an unhealthy eppetaite for oil.
