Well today I went into a Nissan dealer which I pass quite alot, to see the 350Z in its flesh. My humble opinion. Nice but over priced, just under 28K! But I'm not so taken with it now, the ZX is far more dramatic looking. Interior - nice but nothing amazing. So my overall impression nice car but not as amazing as I thought it would be. I did hear its lovely growling exhausts, as they had to move it back into the showroom after a valet. Geoff.

Just interested to know approx. how many of these smashing cars are in the UK? Combined total for orginal UK cars and then imports from Eire and Japan. Happy to go googling to find out but does anyone know the answer?

Driving to work today I went past the sports centre where Coventry City FC train, and low and behold there were a group of 25+ blokes in matching tracksuits jogging along the path. So what did I do? Got my car back last night........new brakes, fully serviced, soooo good to drive. On the way home the police stopped me for having an illegal number plate. FFS !!! The characters are too small apparently. I started to mention the regulations surrounding imported vehicles and he said that we'd all got it wrong and there was NO alternative to the standard size. I mentioned that a standard size wouldn't fit so he suggested sticking it on the bumper ! So instead of telling me to get it changed and sending me on my way I got fined !! What ever happened to warnings and 'producers' ? Kind of took the shine off the evening :( Still at least I've got the Z …

Nearly forgot - Luke now has HID direct upgrade bulbs that fit straight into the original sockets and plugs :) Watch this space for a couple more months and the replacement light units will be ready with HID option and indicators included, all under the original perspex covers. In time to fit with the new Viper bumpers ;)

Just seen this in Super Street mag,apparently easy to fit,just two bits of kit(left n right)and for around 1500 dollars,looks the biz,if you look on gallery there are some skylines and 350Zs plus others,according to the info its just a bolt on,no welding etc:) http://www.decah.net

Wellll, Have had a right nightmare over the past couple of days. Pc would not conect to the internet AT ALL! Thought it was to do with the fact that my virus sigs were not up to date but even when I sorted that I was still having problems. Any page that I tried to hit was bringing back strange FTP addresses in the status bar of IE. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I had no choice but to rebuild, so at last I'm back up and running after a view hours. Hope you lot don't have the same trouble. Cos

Hi All, We need some more people to help run the club and a couple of positions that spring to mind are Local events organisers and webmaster, I believe Web Monkey has volunteered for this job! Can you guys think of anyone other positions we need?

Just want to say thanks to John Fuggles and his good lady, we organised a meeting to hear some of the ideas that the GTROC put into action in their club! Just had a few coffees and a good chat about how they run their club, they have recently gone through the process we have but a year earlier! It is nice to have people give you positive feedback about the direction we are heading in, some pointers and also about interclub liason with the GTROC!

Saw an L reg Grey 300 today in Hendon (NW London) and to my horror they had put a Ferrari badge on the headlight panel - I had to do a double take cos I couldn't beleive someone could do it :D :D Vijay

I have a N/A zx. Obviously im down a lot of power on the TTurbo boys. But i find that most cars kick my ass off the lights. I love the car but speed wise it is pretty disapointing. Especially up against MR2 turbo's, supra N/A's, even some FTO's. Are the twin turbo's that much faster ? Not in BHP terms but faster against other cars? Ps - they do look better than any car on the road :rolleyes: and sound better and are 100 times more fun to drive!
