Right got offered a new job today but i have the following decision to make: Stay where i am on a low basic wage but very high commision and the ability to earn what i want. The industry is one of the hardest there is and i work long hours and do alot of traveling or Move to alot higher basic low commision paid yearly and is limited. The job sounds easier and is working from home so lots less hours and traveling. The question is do i stick with what i know and have the potential to earn alot or change companies to a bigger better company with more prospects but the earnings are capped. Need to make a choice by next week  Mike

Been troiling through the 300zxclub.com web site, and came across this thread, Z32 Owners Age And it seems that the average age is very low over there. Over 170 in the poll, between 16 & 22  out of 277 that had posted when I viewed it. So what is it, cost of living, lower insurance, or they got too much money :D Dave

Hi, Got a 300zx Fairlady 91 import Auto non turbo that is in need of some TLC. My local guy who maintains the car is a Subaru rally specialist so I figure that he knows his way around performance cars, and he has a busy garage and a good rep. So far I have been unable to find a 300zx specialist in the Manchester area? However, he has problems sourcing parts and this is where hopefully you guys could help. I need a differential, both front mudflaps (mouldings) can you believe that they got stolen off the car?!!! and possibly a steering rack. Possibly, because as yet a full investigation of intermittent (bit more than intermittent now) power steering loss has no…

Manual boys - fook off now :xxx: lol Right, when I was last at Santa Pod I toyed with using overdrive on/off for a 1/4 mile run, including changing it on/off when reaching 3rd gear. If there was a difference, it was less than 0.1 seconds overall, but I didnt log how I did each run (crap experiment then lol) However what should the effect be, and in theory - what setting should you use, and would you go quicker by clicking it on (or off) part way up the strip? Eg on hitting 3rd gear? My thinking would be to have overdrive OFF until 3rd gear was reached, then click ON again. Or just leave it off? Any techies confirm the best way, bearing in mind how over…

Just a quick post to say sorry in case I have been offending anyone over here with the long replies on the 300zxclub.com forum, and causing them yanks to sterotype us - I know that some of you are probally pro-war. As you may guess my opinions on the war, WMD, etc, etc from the posts  I am anti-war, and love a political argument, but now I am giving up and just posting big posts in the vain hope that everyone can't be bothered to read the posts and gives up. Still the UK rocks, and the Uk forum is the best, especially as we have the banana  . Anyway, will relax from teasing them about free health care, long holidays, open media, proper chocs, dubya b…

A new monk arrives at the monastery and is assigned to help the other monks in copying texts by hand. He notices, however, that they are copying from copies, not the original manuscripts. So he goes to the head monk and points out that if there was an error in the first copy, that error would be continued in all subsequent copies. The head monk says "we have been copying from the copies for centuries, but you make a good point my son." So, he goes down into the cellar with one of the copies to check it against the original. Hours go by and nobody sees him. One of the monks goes to look for him. Hearing sobbing coming from the back of the cellar, he…

I cant believe it. Weeks of hard work and the engine is gone. It feels strange walking into the garage and not have to walk round an engine. The heavy lump engine is reduced to a size where you can pick it up. It is the strangest feeling. Anyways, the block is now at the engineers as well as the crank. Their first reaction was the crank didnt need anything doing to it but they will check it out anyway. Not bad for so many miles. You should have seen the size of some of the cranks and conrods they had there. I saw a conrod which was close it not over half a metre long. Anyway its good to know that the block is in good hands. :D He was impress…

Broadband by wireless has finally reached us :D http://www.w20.net No more shitty phone lines, expensive ISDN or shatellite delay (Hurrah!) And, it's a symetric service, and the contention ratio is the same for domestic as BT use for business - so it's potentially a better service.

This place has proved to be the fountain of all knowledge on several occasions but can anyone help me out here? On the JWT chip that I've just bought, it has a 'T', 'A' and an 'F' circled. I guess the 'T' is for turbo charged, the 'A' is for auto but the 'F'? Is this reffering to the fuel you use? I've been on the JWT site & it looks like the 'F' or 'C' is reffered to as 'Reg', is this regular fuel? Assuming that I'm right, what do Fed & Cal mean in plain English if they are types of fuel? Cheers guys, Shaun :)
