Hi all Im new on here. Still waiting to get a nice imported 300zx from our little friends in Japan. I've had a 94 Supra TT before now and really enjoyed it, but had to sell in order to get a house. Gutted. But now i'm on market for a nice 300zx TT. I'm just wondering what kind of performance increase you can get from Stage 3? Torque increase, 0-60 time etc. I'm lookin for an auto as i dont wanna be replacing clutches and i'm after gettin 0-60 times around the same as the Supra. 5 secs should do me. Will the stage 3 be surficient for this? Cheers

We are going to hit close to 89p a litre by the summer. Do you want petrol prices to come down? We need to take some intelligent, united action. Philip Hollsworth offered this good idea: This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the "don't buy petrol on a certain day" campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn't continue to hurt ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT, whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can really work. Please read it and join in! Now that the oil companies and the OPEC…

World Most Bizarre Suicide....... At the 1994 annual awards dinner given by the American Association for Forensic Science, AAFS president Don Harper Mills astounded his audience in San Diego with the legal complications of a bizarre death. Here is the story: On 23 March 1994, the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the head. The decedent had jumped from the top of a ten-story building intending to commit suicide (he left a note indicating his despondency). As he fell past the ninth floor, his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast through a window, which killed him instantly. N…

Well I've had a few, in the Merc Cossie I had a while back...on the A5...tried to razz it past two fit chicks in a Golf and the Kirk went beserk...LOL! Well I put me foot down and the MO FO went west on me and wouldn't give me warp factor nine so needless to say the fit chicks in the golf were pissin' themselves laffin' at me! However, Captain Kirk did get his fullness back together and I did cain them babes's arses...eventually! ;) Then there was the time I was following the Mrs. T in the Z, she was largin' it in the Kirk, when I had picked up the Z from darn sarf after having the gearbox rebuilt and I spun it off a round-a-bout...strangely enough on the A5 around S…

I lifted some of this post from another forum, but in essence it is something that I have witnessed on this forum where I am amazed by the number of contributors who justify breaking the law when it concerns driving, but get really uppity when a “toerag” tries to steal their car. It seems a strange state of affairs on a forum where the mods are pretty scared of libel and will nuke a post for safety. • Speed cameras = evil machines that catch innocent people exceeding the speed limit. • Unmarked Police Cars = shouldn’t be allowed because they can catch people breaking speed limits. • Speed limits = ridiculous attempts to stop people who get up late getting to wor…

Well, at 23.25pm tonight, I finished the heater matrix job. Amen! For those of you that have done this on a manual car without taking the dash out, God blesha'! However, while I was at it, I cleaned the bulk head and plenum, got rid of some PRFR pipes, cleaned the throttle boddies and adjusted my dump valves. However, unfortunately, I didn't get round to test driving it to see if the DV's are any louder. Nevertheless, tomorrow night, I will be doing so and also testing the voltage going throught the coolant to see what's going on there. Things that have p1ssed me off on this job!:- Screwing the clutch bracket back in place and then realizing that …

Hiya! I'm trying to redesign/rebrand the DTA-Motorsport (UK) website (... trying being the operative word here and not being very successful at that ...) Have a couple of questions to ask of any webdesigners out there: (1) My MS FrontPage has now frustrated me to such an extend that it has now been uninstalled from my PC never to be given another chance. I'm now looking into using MacroMedia DreamWeaver MX as an authoring tool. I know nothing about this package but am willing to put money on the fact that it's got to be infinitely better than the MS crap. Does anyone have a source where this package can be bought for significantly less silly money than the curre…

They speak highly of it's installation, tuning abilty and performance to custom control fuel, ignition, boost etc. Seems functionalilty is considerably more than a custom chip. Shahid

Just been browsing the 300zxclub.com forums, and a couple of the yanks over there are currently playing with fabbing up single throttle intake manifolds  Thing that got me thinking tho, they rekon thats a SERIOUS bottle-neck on our beloved motors, and a STBI will allow you to free up like 10%!!! 10% sounds a bit optimistic to me, but even so, theres gotta be a LOT of potential in it. Heat soak is one thing that sprung to mind, theres a fair bit of metal in that standard manifold, and it sits ALL the way across the top of heads, heat coming up from turbos...air passing through that must re-heat back up a good degree or 2 at least. 2nd …
