Hi all, just wondering if you help out. I have my old laptop that had windows vista. I planned last year to wipe and reinstall the os system. So I wiped it then realised that the disc I still had was an upgrade and contained no drivers etc. I have the product key on the bottom of the laptop but no disc. How can I solve this problem. Have I got to buy another disc or is there anywhere I can get a copy? Cheers

Had it installed yesterday :dance: only getting around 2Mbps to 10Mbps download speed :cursing: shut up Dave, it's still faster than you get :tt2::lol: (just thought I'd pre-empt Car.Mad taking the pee) I phoned BT only to be told that they are still configuring my line but it will be stable at the expected 40Mbps (or so) tomorrow night. Apparently the line can take upto 48 hours to stabilise. Did anyone else have this problem?

Anyone know anything about BMW electrics? Looking for a little help if possible (or a local Auto Electrician!) I have a BMW 320D (52 plate saloon) and about 3 days ago the fob stopped working so I couldnt open the car automatically. No problem I thought as I will get a battery on the weekend for it and in the meantime I will use my key to open the car. However this morning I went to open the car and the key just turned in the barrel and I thought I heard something fall down inside the drivers side door card and since then when I go to start the car all 4 windows open automatically. Just bought myself a nice new shiny black bonnet this week and a full set of 2012 vw transporter steel wheels arrived free of charge ! :whistling: Thing is there not mine - so what shall i do ?:confused1: Double checked and i've discovered that the boxes have been resealed by TNT parcels and the original labels have been removed. Somehow a new label was added by TNT same as the label for my bonnet in my name. SO What do i do - 1.) Phone TNT and get them to pick em up - being a good honest guy that i am. 2.) We've had a tropical fish tank for a few years now and never had any problems when changing water etc, however I come down today and see my 2 favorite fish (about 6 years old), and 3 others dead, and about 4 more looking like they are also on their way :cry: the last few days has seen some changes in the tank but I need to understand what might have happened to prevent it from happening again and see if I can save the remaining fish. 2 days ago - emptied tank of fish into a different tank carefully, saved probably 70% of original water, whilst we put some new gravel in (washed it first) and added some new ornaments etc. Also 3 new live plants. yesterday - g…

I seem to have no internet and my phone is dead, been on to bt numerous times and said no fault on my l, I have unscrewed the main by socket and chopped the extension off to eliminate upstairs, so..... I'm just checking does the orange wire go to number 5 and the white wire go to number 2 on the main socket? Cheerz

the key can only be removed from the door when its locked, when unlocked it wont turn enough for the key to be removed, needs a qauter of a turn more but its wont turn anymore any ideas or is it a new lock?

Sadly it looks like he has lost his fight with cancer and has slipped into a comma.Latest bad news is he is only expected to live another few days.I so hope their wrong.Dont have alot of luck in that family.
