  1. I live on a cul-de-sac so i get cars/vans/lorries etc turning round everyday and it pi55es me right off as they always drive on my lawn and drive so about a month ago i went to the beach and nearly gave myself a hernia lifting a nice big rock into my boot and installed it on my lawn right in the corner so if anyone tried it then they would have a shock!! Its been great no more tyre tracks in my nice lawn.....until today when it claimed its first victim :D This guy claimed he was only crawling along!!! stupid nob Worse thing is i had to jack his car up to remove the rock lmao Really made my day and i was pi55ing my self from the time he knocked to the…

This may sound a bit stupid. But as its my first attended avent? Do we have a stall? if not apart from looking for all the ZED's where do we gather and meet inside the show ground? I will be there on saturday. I dont want to end up surrounded by loads of Supra's or Scoobies? Thanks Vince

Just sold my Zed on ebay, bidding went to £1310 at the last second. Cancelled a bid just before as well, bidder wouldn't answer my messages. Hopefully it'll all go smoothly, buyer coming down from Birmingham. Feel very emotional! put a lot of work into her, but havn't got facilities or money to pump any more into her. Hopefully the buyer will put a new engine in and she'll be reborn as the rest of the car is in good nick and polishes up well. Apologies to those on here who were bidding, needed to recoup whatever I could as bought it for 4k and spent 2k on gearbox and engine rebuild. Dave ps hopefully got a new member on here, will put the pressure on …

Took zed out in gloriois weather last night, great. Got up this morning to go to work, left house, hell of a petrol smell coming through the vents, thought fook me, blasted to graft as quisk as possible, opened bonnet and got squirted right in the eye. Bloody typical, wasnt too bad, metal jubilee had expanded and fuel lind had shrunk due to colder morning and engine heat from the night before (the line at the back next to the balance bar) luckily had a flat blade screw driver and after about 3 full turns leak / squirt was sorted, only cost me £10 to do 3 miles, oh well could have been worse. am going to put on an extra long piece of line and use 2 jubilee's at each e…

Just a note to warn other zZ owners who go out and spend loads of money getting their pride and joy in tip top condition , I insured my car with Houghton ( on this site) I told them i wanted a guaranteed sum of £7k and what did i need to do to insure this , they told me that for that sum I did not need to furnish them with anything as it was a classic car policy , so I paid my money and , assumed that was it , incidentally I paid £115 pounds more than another member of this site who, has a vastly more modified car , so I thought this was because of the fixed ammount , anyway to cut to the chase , I wrote my car off :headvswal ,and had the assessor out who told me it was a…
