Anybody else on here got a 'fairlady' giving out 380 bhp? This guy must tryin to fool buyers (dumb ones at that if they belive it) You reckon who could of 'accidently' clicked on the '3' instead of the '2' as it is an auto ro could it be the 'lot of extras' that made it gain 100bhp? :smash: 380bhp Zed

Anyone going away on holiday soon? I've just read a couple of books while i was away which I can hightly recommend, one was Gazzas autobiography (the recently updated version) and Chris Ryans "Balckout", both good beach material. Also now reading "Forgotton Voices" which is comments from people during the second world war... very interesting.. also recommended, appart from the fact that the glue holding the pages in melted while on the beach and some the pages fell out.

  8. Hi, just wanted to pose the question ''what would you want/expect from a Bodyshop?'' At Bodywork Plus we like to think we're already pretty good at getting things right but being relatively new to this site, and to the ZX scene, I was wondering if your expectations would be different to the areas we already do business for....so I thought I'd get your views as we are constantly looking for ways that we can improve and taylor our services to meet the specific needs/expectations of our customers. I want every customer who brings a car to me to go away feeling completely satisfied with the service we provided - so what do you Zed owners really want?

    1. A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him? 2. A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be? 3. There are two plastic jugs filled with water. How could you put all of this water into a barrel, without using the jugs or any dividers, and still tell which water came from which jug? 4. …

"Old man" comming from the fact that i'm now 30... nightmare.. Anyway, carrying on from the London bombing thread, ( well done the mods for not locking it... Groves your finger must have been twitching over the lock button like a big twitchy thing) here's my euro's worth and it has already been slightly touched on by Fas i think in the other thread... Wat is really reallly reallly hacking me off about the bombing is that Blair and co ( i've just seen the Lib dem guy saying it aswell) is that we should not and will not give in to these people who are trying to push their values and beliefs on to us... Talk about pot and kettle, what the fvck have we been do…

According to today's regulators and bureaucrats, those of us who were kids in the 60's, 70's and early 80's probably shouldn't have survived, because our baby cots were covered with brightly coloured lead-based paint which was promptly chewed and licked. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, or latches on doors or cabinets and it was fine to play with pans. When we rode our bikes, we wore no helmets, just flip-flops and fluorescent 'spokey dokey's' on our wheels. As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or airbags - riding in the passenger seat was a treat. We drank water from the garden hose and not from …

It is with great regret that due due several contributing factors that on July the 31st I will be hanging up my spray gun and closing the bodyshop doors at PPS! I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone from 300zx.co.uk for their custom and support over the last 4 years. I'm not leaving the scene all together, just changing direction. I will be opening a Styling and Tuning centre, selling kits, wheels etc, but will not be doing anymore paintwork. Yhink that sums it up really, it will be a sad day but one that has to come. CHEERS GUYS PETER

Finally decided to dive in the deep end and bought a 300 tt , always loved the car and wanted one , its a jap 93 in good nick but Ive only owned a silvia previously and know very little about this beast ,although a lot more after reading the forums on here , so please be patient if I ask 'dumb' questions , also a 'big thanks to you all' , it was really the enthusiasm on the site that swayed my decision from a 1.2 corsa with wide wheels to the fab beast now sitting in my drive.....(jokin bout the corsa) hope to see a few of you in the near future ......Tim

I was wondering...........what could I do to my rear lights short term, low budget until I finally decided on what I want them to look like. Then I thought - window tint - i'll black them out. Bought the tint, cleaned the lights began applying tint.....what a nightmare, creases, bubbles, wouldn't stick around rear fogs! Finally got it done, looking good. White car all lights black. I turned the lights on, oh dear where are they LOL. You could barely see them. Ripped it off and n ow I'm back to square one, standard lights. I'll wait now till i've got the money and decided on which set.

  24. Friday night......My night off work. I took full advantage and watched 2 DVD's. War of the Worlds. A bit dissapointed really? Not a brilliant copy, watchable but the film itself wasnt up to the standards you come to expect from Spielberg? Specila effects were good tho'. And Mr and Mrs Smith. Now that was fookin' excellent. I enjoyed every minute of that I must say. The only dissapointment was that Jolie didnt get her tits out? But the plot and the special effects I thought were great. A must see for all you action film buffs out there.
