Ok, so it was the SW meet today near Bristol at Sasha and Leigh's pub....what a fine spread they had for us. We were slightly bemused why, when most of the food had been cooked that PK1 was still sat there patiently whilst we all tucked into our lovely BBQ pub grub and he just sat there and watched. Our frustration was soon eased as a 72 ounce steak that had appeared on the BBQ was finally served up for PK. 'Where's my knife and fork' he growled... He used the carving knife/machetti and 3 plastic forks....all for reinforcement you see. ....and he's off!! Getting a bit tired, but nothing that PK can't cope with. …

Well chasing power can get you in the shit and that is a fact LOL! What a fookin day, Had 9 power runs on the rollers today for some real time maps and gained another 98bhp in doing so :dance: So Chunk Paul and Peter if you think it was fast before then think again :dance: However not all good news. As we were on the rollers, Pete noticed how the manifolds were glowing bright orange with the heat, the next power run and we hit 186mph in 5th gear and the fookin oil feed pipe to the mechanical gauge explodes causing nice hot RS 10/60 to squirt all over the turbo and manifolds and within 3 seconds we have 12 inch flames that half fill my engine bay :smash: Thank …

OK... here's a tough question. I need to make a Ferrerro Rocher pyramid (like in the advert "Why ambassador, you really spoiling us" etc). Any idea how to make one? It must be functional (ie can be passed round, people take one and eat it). Should I use glue - if so what sort? Should there be some sort of cone of polystyrene inside to bulk it out? Well today I have been mostly degreasing the engine bay-fookin oil everywhere!! Anyhow, finished the mounts off and removed any stuff out of the bay to paint it-glad that's out the way! Also got a power steering pump from a american breakers up the road-handy eh'? It's off a Corvette and for the life of me I can't figure out where it mounts! :rolleyes: Any way todays progress................ Can ya' guess what the colours gonna be? LOL!

Just downloaded the 300zx manual and was wondering if anyone wants it. the whole 36.9mb of it. (am guessin it the whole thing as it got 194 pages just for the Auto gearbox.) Its a WINRAR archive. OK, went to try what Mac told me over the phone about bleeding the rad, seemed to take ages to fill with water, then noticed puddle on the floor, underneath theres a nice steady trickle of water :( now I'm hoping that means one of my pipes has burst. After fillin it i squeezed one of the rad pipes and it crunched, i assume thats just coz its brittle and old and possibly whats causing the whole problem. Engine oil not milky, so hopefully headgasket ok All advice and wizdom welcome cheers Mike

Well sorted the engine mounts, fairly easily-see below :cool: Just got to fully weld and strengthen em' a bit! Done the tranny mount as well, bit of a pain, would of been quicker fabricating one from scratch, but it's done now-Nissan/Toyota hybrid :smash: And it fits!! :dance:

Phone chris yesturday to give him the lowdown on my car and mentioned that I had to get a couple of seals. Had quotes of 2-3 week delivery times. Chris texts me a dealers number 5 minutes later that he deals with from time to time.... taaadaaa sorted, coming tomoro. well the front windscreen suround is.. Alas the rear is a jap import item and yep 2-3 weeks. I cant wait that long so teh cars not going to be as detailed as I would of liked, but 4 months is enough, I want me car back. Thanks mate... Hi guys, I'm just about to order a new broadband connection through Nildram and will need to buy new equipment. The current setup is 2 desktops and one laptop, each with their own dial-up modem. Help! :cry: My Girlfriend has just gone for her final year at uni and I'm missing her loads already so have decided to get a webcam to use with MSN to help ease the pain! I don't want to spend more than £30 odd but want the best spec possible. I have noticed some come with a built in microphone, are they any good or a waste of money?
