Hi all i was just wondering what u think about the look of the zed with an evo style bonnet scoop. i used to tell ma dad to put the evo scoop on his zed before i had seen a zed with one. :headvswal now i to be honest dont really lik the look. would of felt guilty now if he had put it. :x: anyone got a pic of the zed with any other car scoop so i can see wot it looks lik. thanks ZED

Ordered a few engine bits to get me going, this includes NEW crank, pistons+ rings,core plugs,oil pump,timing set, full gaskets, crank damper,main stud upgrade,ARP rod bolts and a new sump. Go on guess!.............. The lot under £600!! :eek: -I couldn't get a pair of tubs for that! :wack:

Excuse the ignorance but if I purchase a private plate that is "held on retention" what does that mean and how much extra would it cost me to put it on the wife's car??? Thanks in advance Phil

This is a great website and appears to be a great club... my only minor annoyance is that there is a very big lack of links to companys that mod or sell parts for the cars... Can we incorporate this in a members only area? ps great!!!!!! you know you are!!!!!

I am not post whoreing really. Just got loads to talk about. Anyway: I got home today from the Thurrock meet and 15 minutes after i got in My future mother in law arrived from dover. Oi! she said you passed me on the A1 earlier and what you doing racing that black car in the outside lane. It was me and black magic having a bit of fun. Oppps! well sussed? :slap: :rofl:

Just Travelled from Shell Station near Truro, in cornwall, to my home in Somerset. 148miles exactly. 80mph all the way, with cruise control on. Only switched it off briefly for a couple of roundabouts. £20 (20 litres) Fuel Needle was on the bottom when I filled up, with the petrol light just coming on, and did the same when I got home. 33.6mpg :hyper: :hyper: :bow:

anyone else watching this......its a bit manic,seems like theres only about 5 drivers who canhandle these cars...quite a few crashes which makes it worth watching.......looks like piquet jr is gonna win......no surprise really...

I enjoyed it. Had a nice run down there with Black Magic and Krsmayo. got there about midday. Ended up with 14 ZEDs in a row. Pub grub was good. Nice to meet you all some for the 2nd time others for the 1st. :duffer:

The TT uses Hybrid Turbo's, based on the T25 but with slightly smaller Impeller wheels ? Whats the Max boost before they become innefficient..and unreliable ? The reason I ask is that I have a friend looking to buy an Alpina B10 bi-turbo, which uses a Pair of T25 tubs. They come with an In-car boost controller as standard for adjusting boost from 20psi - 26psi. And this is stock, from the factory. Was very suprised.

I don't know if its just me, but I was wondering if it was possible to have a link to a persons rides section in their profile page, as I always seem to go there, then think 'i'll check their rides page' but have to find a post they've done, then press the car button. Either this or make the rides section in alphabetical order so its easier to find a persons page. cheers Bandit

Been off-line all weekend due to my own in-competence!!!!! :headvswal Using LimeWire Friday evening, I was trying to download Star Wars Lego for my lad, well that'll teach me not to try that again :mac1: Totally F****D my PC up!!!!! I now spent all weekend re-booting the whole lot :headvswal I did manage to get it into safe-mode and retreive all my photos (that hadn't already been saved), but I've lost all my videos (although most are still on DVD), all my music........... but the most important, I've lost all my Favorites on the net!! :( So I'm a little happier this morning, as I'm now back up and running, although I've got a lot of updating to do.

help please ! I have a mint copy of 'Nissan 300zx - The Enthusiast's Companion' by Ray Hutton (hardback) and have just seen one on Amazon going for over £200 ! ! ! ! hi new to the site :bow: im looking for a 4x4 car (allready have an MR2 GTS) and ive seen some ZX's advertised with 4x4 what is the best spec to go for?, is there tiptronic or 6 speed versions? what are the stock power outputs and how much power are the engines good for? are they reliable? sorry for all the questions lol regards, brian
