General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Well I'm back in the land of the living! Got a hell of a suprise when the docs said I could come home yesterday...thought it might've been today at a push but more than likely Monday next week. But nope, ended up saying auf wiedersehen to the hell hole that is City Hospital in Birmingham (makes me thankful for Heartlands!) The old hip seems to be healing nicely which is good. Still aches like f*ck but at least I'm not in agony anymore which is a very good thing! There's a 20% chance the top of the hip that's been rejoined might die so they're going to keep an eye on my progress over the next 18 months...really don't want to be having a hip replacement at my age! …

Hi, I've bought one of my mates TomTom classic go units and want to upgrade the software. I can download it and install it on to the tomtom but it asks me for a product code. My mate didn't keep the original CD's where this code is found. Has anyone any idea how I can get round this?? Cheers Vijay

Why the hell has this prick (kind way to call him/her) put r32 rear lights on a zed?? and then has the cheek to says 'She's had a skyline rear light assemblies installed' (which are far better than the original). Is this person person mad? CLICKY Off to watch crime watch now.

even though i dont own a nova no more i still go on the forums good laugh and i know a few of them anyway there is a lad currently building a 3.5 V8 nova ill try and get some pics it looks a absolute beast, its been nicked named the UFO lol fair play to the guy will take some serious work for the prop shaft and getting the engine to sit right :bow: :bow: :bow: its prob wont be safe but i dont think the guy is bothered, he just wants it to be stupidly fast for pod :duffer:

Very low on fuel in the Zed yesterday. Had to put a £10 worth of 95 in yesterday as everyone had sold out of Super/Optimax etc. Taking it really steady...ie ZERO boost!! lol

Guys I have heard that severe overfuelling causes barrel-washing.... Can someone clear up EXACTLY what that means and what the implications are.... I not so concerned with what ends up needs doing but I'm more concerned I'm ready for it..... ;)

Not amused with myself today, since february I've done nothing but work on getting qualified for when I leave the Marines. I've been working in networking for 4yrs or so , so decided I should get my CCNA and MCSA in preparation for civvie street. Hardly been out this year because I've been working so hard. Anyway I managed to do the full Cisco CCNA network academy in 3 and a half months which is my main interest.
