General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Aye-progress report! :D Got heads and valve gear fitted today also the f/wheel and clutch etc-which made the whole lot fookin' heavy!AND got it fitted in the Z!!-all bolted up and the sump(which was a bit of a worry) clears lovely! :hyper: also the extended remote on the box falls nice in the tranny-hole but still got to alter the stick slightly so it's comfy! Not forgetting that something always fecks up!-the water pump will foul the rad :headvswal so gotta do some measuring tomorrow and hopefully a short pump will sort this :rolleyes: Anyhoo the pics................

I finnally did my red letter day :) it was good fun, actually thinking of doing my pilots license now, it works out a lot cheaper than i thought it would

What colours were the dashboards available in? I know most are black but I have seen a couple of US cars with a tan dash!? Was this available on the UK/JDM cars?

I remember reading here some time ago about some of you that play Battlefield 2, Well i was just wondering if you play World of Warcraft or any other pc games?

Does anyone know if there is a car similar to the RR Phantom, even if it's another RR model. I had a go at one today but it had 4 exhausts (2 on each side) and when i looked it up the phantom didn't have any exhausts on the back. Maybe it's a diff car or a custom exhaust. All i know is that it looked expensive, tinted out, and had tv screens on every seat. We was neck and neck up to about 60 and then he left me :rant: Any ideas what car?

There are some things (not many!) in life that just have to have priority over the zed and if you really want something you have to go out and get it. I'm looking at getting a house in the very near future and if i can't raise the funds without selling the zed, it'll have to go :cry: Not in a huge rush at the mo and with the way the zed market is at the moment i may break the car instead because the list of goodies I have on the car or in my bedroom would buy me another zed :headvswal Pics and spec Yas

Just had a meeting at work, and the future isn't bright anymore. The current project finishes at the end of January, and thats it, no one is buying the place, and we can't even give it away!!!! It's the only purpose built facility in the country!!! And no-one wants it :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal It's all political :xxx: It was a miricle we survived this long, but following my last post on this subject, we managed to get this contract, which has kept us going a bit longer. So the house sale is still going ahead, but I won't be able to buy the new one.

.......As I've seen a nice 300ZX for sale. It's only 12 miles from me, a 1994 series 2 UK auto with 60K miles in white with FNSH. It's been garaged all its life and is the bargain price of £4950 :eek: I have to go and see that, don't I? The past few days appear to have been relatively poor shall we say on the forum and I found myself wandering websites and watching various cult programmes on TV. best I can get with my mods and GTech pro meter is 5.1 :( but Im getting *LOTS* of wheelspinning - need to try and curb the spinning to get traction and I reckon Ill be in the mid to high 4's. Its not so much 1st gear as It only spins a bit, I start lowish revs and boost up nicely, its when I quickly change into 2nd the rear just breaks free everytime!

I am hearing a fair few complaints about unhappy customers involving an odd trader or two on the board! Most members that have been on here for some time will know that as TLO I deal with your complaints that you may have with traders in our trader section.
