General Discussions - Non 300ZX

I'm desperate to lead a more healthy life. Dispense with the junk food, enjoy eating salad and such like and become more active. ie go to the gym, run, go cycling etc etc. I used to be very active and super fit. But have let myself go, especially over the past 5 years. Now I'm still an ideal weight for my height, so not really any problems there. BUT, I feel very very unfit, I want to tone up and feel better about myself. This is all well and good, but I have a serious motivation issue, or lack of it. The gym bores me to tears amoungst other things, it's also the last thing I want to do when I get back home from work. When I do eat, it's as and when convenient, …

Well the wife finally went into labour this mornin at 8.45am, a bit of gas and air, a few other prescription cocktails and a load of pushing and screamin later, out popped my boy at 1.17pm. Yes thats right, 4.5 hours labour ;) He's no lightweight either, weighing 9lb 14.5oz :eek: We are all home now, there were no complications and all is going good PHEW!!! Is there one trusted company to use to scan/sweep your pc for viruses etc? I am getting extremely pi55ed off with pop ups etc, and now seem to have some extra advert kinda bar with IE....... I paid for one, noadware or something and it does comes up with loads of "severe" stuff when I scan. I delete them but it makes no difference, in fact if I were to scan again, straight away, they all seem to come up again. My limited pc knowledge is all self taught, I was just thinking there must be one good company to use ???? And is that something I should pay for? Thanks in advance. All help or advice appreciated.

Do people think you have money just cause you own a zed? I get fed up of people saying you must be paid to much to own one of them or wish i was as rich as you. If only they knew that once you get a zed (or two) you will never have any money lol

After the success of last years raffle, there gonna be another held this year. :dance: :dance: Its gonna have a very similar set up to last year. The only real problem we had last year was the prize claim system. It was a good idea in theory but just dragged on a little and peeps got a tad impatient. Needless to say, I'm looking at ways of improving this. Hopefully, the draw will be better this year too.
