Er thats the problem with trying to find a garage to service a 300ZX in Norwich. I had all sorts of mishaps with Desira Nissan in Norwich when they 'fixed' an engine leak that turned out in reality to be a gearbox leak (even though it was the same when i picked it up as when i left it with them!) and thay wanted to charge me again to have the gearbox fixed-if you look back on my threads you will find the full story.. As for the missfire-probably coilpack connectors.

yes he is fine mate.Was it the grey one he had up for sale? Dont know how many Zeds are in Norwich.My old one is now dead in Northampton and Kev (vai0) sold his SWB TT.

TBH i would say write off if its smashed up the pillar and would you really want to drive the car agin after knowing whats happened to it/the work thats been done to put it right.(not saying the workmanship would be shoddy just a car is never the same after a big shunt) I would say get as much as you can on the insurance,as much off the car as you can ie the PC,anything of value and find a new zed. Oh yes and are you sure your neck isnt hurting?delayed reaction and all that?

Ive owned a Skyline,Zed and now Supra. probably say build quality/reliability on the Supra is best,Power the Zed (when its running right) and overall the Skyline for power,looks,reliabilty and 'reputation'
