on the front of the gear lever is a small button, press this down whilst engaging gear.

I didn't say he had the lowest loss percentage, I said the highest win percentage, there's a difference. Venables managed 23 Games, Sven managed 67! Actually Hoddle had a higher win percentage than both of them and was only sacked from the job because he said the wrong thing.

I still dont understand how anyone can say Sven was a bad manager, he had the highest win percentage of any England manager for decades, now look what he is doing at Manchester City.
